went camping, gf thought tri-tip would be a good campfire food

Tri-Tip is one of my favorite cuts... not because it's the most juicy or fatty flavorful, but because I grew in an area that really in known for the Tri-Tip.
add some fresh mexican pico de gallo and fresh bean and life is all good.
