BB SB sub optimal play?

Maybe I need to review SSHE again, but recently questioning best moves in limped/ MW pots from the SB/BB.

Example 1 4 limpers including SB typical 4/8 players, I check my option with A3o. 5 ways to flop

Flop comes 37T with 2 hearts, I do not have a heart. SB checks, I bet? What if flop is RB?

Example 2 Same pre flop, I check my option with T4d. 5 ways to flop.

Flop comes 59A with 2 of my suit. SB checks, I usually bet here , should I be going for a CR hoping someone bets? I think I might lose too much value if it is checked around. Or take the free card with the 5th nut draw?

Example 3(this is raised pot, not limped)

UTG player limps, EP limp, MP player raises, BTN ccs, SB folds, I have Axs in BB and call, all calls. 5 ways to flop

Flop comes QT5 with 2 of my suit. No pair. Easy to go for CR here, yes?

Example 1) What's the point of your bet? This board smacks limpers ranges. I would just check and see.

Example 2) I like a bet here.

Example 3) I would check. I may call or CR depending on reads, who bets, who calls etc.

Example 3 is very action dependent, agree. I want to build the pot not shut out low equity chasers.
