I would play it the same way.
I'd bet the turn. You may be able to get some money out of any random Q, 7, 4, JT, 56 etc that wouldn't otherwise put any money in.
Definitely check turn. 5way I don’t think anyone is calling a worse hand. Much more likely to get called by a slightly better ace
bet the turn and block bet the river if you get HU. you can get two streets vs Qx that way instead of one.
on the river 5 ways im not betting. i probably just c/f vs any decent bet.
In the bet small turn camp. QT is never folding.
