You mistook 888 for different room. Guy is doing nothing against 888's T&S. On 888 player by the rules can sit out if there are less than 4 players but when a fourth player joins he must get active.

You read it wrong, the complaint is not that he doesn't play 3 max reg wars, but that he starts 6 tables at once, so it is impossible to select. But 888 doesn't care about regs, the possibility of select and such pig behavior, so whatever

I assume by 'sending over' you mean you have made contact with the promotions team/escalated this to the relevant department? However, I have still not received anything here. Do you know how long I'll have to wait and why this is not just a simple automated service like every other poker site?

I haven't been on 888 for a few years. I went to log on with my user ID, but need to change the password.

When I try to do that, I get the Captcha process where you have to select bicycles etc. I do that and it gives a set of traffic lights.

There is no end to this process, when I select what is asked it just gives me another set of images, ad infinitum.

Any ideas?

Thank you and I appreciate your help but really, I'm trying to understand why this is is a recurring thing and why I'm having to so frequently chase this rakeback. Perhaps you can have a word about re-instating me as an MVP so that I can have a point of contact at 888 support and so that I don't have to go through a public forum in order to sort these things out?

Now the situation is as follows. I made several withdrawals to Luxon between June 21 and July 1, and I haven't received any of them yet. On June 24, I received a request by email to provide an up-to-date Proof of Address document. This is a bit strange, because my address in the poker client was changed by support on June 2 after your participation, I sent documents confirming the new address on April 30 (Reference number: 553735). And 20 days later, after support checked the documents and changed my address, they are asking for these documents again. Despite this, on the same day I sent new bank statements and Luxon from April 24 with confirmation of my address by reply email, uploaded them to the safe-cashier and also to the email [email][email protected][/email]. I received 2 responses on June 24 and 25 that my documents were accepted and forwarded to the appropriate department, reference numbers 720508 and 719417. I did not receive any further feedback on these documents.

The next day, June 25, I received a new email from the Operations Team with the following content, below is the text and screenshot of the letter.

It's that quick and easy! So please make sure that your document is whole and fully visible with clear and readable information.
Upload the requested documents and "Verify Now"


It's also strange, because I already provided documents for card ****1329 earlier (January 11) during a full check of the KYC and they were approved, I also want to note that the last transactions on your website for this card were made more than a year ago, in March 2024. Despite this, I took new photos of the card and a statement for it, because this is an instant issue card and my full name is not on it. But the bank statement contains the card number and my full name. I sent a photo and a statement on the same day, June 25, to the email address [email][email protected][/email] and via safe-cashier. I couldn't send the original PDF bank statement via safe-cashier, an error kept popping up, so I sent a screenshot of the statement, but I also sent the original PDF by email. I received a response that the team had already forwarded the withdrawal to the Payment team (screenshot of the response below). From this I concluded that the requested documents were checked, approved and I just need to wait the standard 3 days to withdraw funds to Luxon.


3 business days have passed, but the withdrawal has not arrived at Luxon.

Another thing that confuses me is that when I lost $4,900 in your casino on June 16 and made 3 deposits totaling $4,700, no documents were required. But when over the next few days I won in the casino and online poker and made several withdrawals, I immediately needed the documents that I had already provided earlier and that the support service has. At the same time, I did not use bonuses, free spins or anything like that, I just played with my deposit.

Please help me resolve this issue.

You also previously helped me resolve 2 of 3 issues, at the beginning of the post there are all the details on the previous request. Regarding the 3rd issue, you wrote that you were forwarded to the relevant team for further advice. After 20 days there was no response, so I ask you once again to consider the issue of extra rakeback, which was disabled for me during the KYC, please forward the request to the poker department supervisor to manually re-enable it.

Hey 888rep,

I just accidentally clicked the 24h self-ban button on 888 for the second time now!

I totally understand that in countries like Germany you are legally obligated to add this button but it is incredibly easy to click it by mistake as the software doesn't ask you to confirm or anything!
Especially when you try to add another table.

Could you please let your devs know about this? It's incredibly frustrating.
Maybe make it like other sites where you have to hold the button down for 3 seconds or something like that.
