The correct verb to use is "will". Eat less and walk more for three months, then when you start to see where that takes you, make a plan for how you want to progress further.
Exactly what will work for you is your business, but doing nothing doesn't work for anyone.
'My doctor told me to walk three miles every day for a whole month. I enjoyed it and lost weight. Problem is, I'm now 90 miles away from home.'
(My rendering of my favorite Ellen Degeneres joke)
1. I've never been Catholic.
2. I have quoted from the Book of Common Prayer, which is Anglican.
2. Yes, I'm a weirdo.
3.. And I can't count.
You quoted The holy creed or profession of faith before, which is a Catholic prayer, and one of the lines in said prayer that you didn't quote reads "I believe in one, holy, Catholic, and apostolic Church." so that's why I presumed you were originally Catholic.

Makes sense.
However, the bolded is also in the Anglican version.* Don't know why I wouldn't have quoted it.
*And I believe one Catholic and Apostolic Church
Fair enough.

catholic (uncapitalized) is often used to refer to the Christianity as a whole, not just the part headed by the Pope. When I was young, "christian" was used in the creed, but sometime in my teens (maybe 20's) it was changed back to "catholic".

This is an extremely important message that I want to take a second to amplify. Walking and controlling portions are SO important and so easy. Of course, the walking can be easier than controlling portions for many that struggle with that, but DO AT LEAST THE WALKING for awhile and you will find it can help mentally with the portion control.
If you can, WALK. Walk, walk, walk, walk. There's always the option to do more later when you are ready, but walking is fantastic for the body.
Sanity has returned as the University of Penn to issue formal apology letters to every woman forced to compete against a biological man named Lia Thomas as well they will strip her of any titles and records she achieved

I would say it (and all things weight loss) is simple. And, as you say, for many, not so easy. And I always tell people - some is better than none, you don't need to do it all on day one.

Yup so dead on correct on this but sadly your seeing many resort to drugs like Ozempic .
Weight loss is good for your overall health, even if you use Ozempic to do it. Walking in addition is very beneficial, but if Ozempic helps someone lose weight and it's safe (I haven't looked into that), then I personally have no problem with it.
If you can regulate yourself to a healthy weight using cocaine and cigarettes then your weight will be healthy but other things will be ****ed up
Yeah, I'm fairly certain cocaine and cigarettes have some negative effects on the body, but that's just off the top of my head. Probably at least worth checking before committing to a regimen.
Since this is an important topic I'm going to temporarily suspend my policy of completely ignoring your df posts to correct this so there is no confusion.
I said weight loss is good for your overall health, not if you lose weight your overall health will be good (no matter how you lose it). It's honestly a pretty shty move to obfuscate health advice to try to score petty internet points. Try being a better person.
Back to ignoring you.

I saw you being quoted making sense in this thread. Just took you off ignore.
They are just like us
You quoted The holy creed or profession of faith before, which is a Catholic prayer, and one of the lines in said prayer that you didn't quote reads "I believe in one, holy, Catholic, and apostolic Church." so that's why I presumed you were originally Catholic.
Catholicity just roughly translates to universal. So just talking about the visible and invisible church. It’s not referring to being inside the catholic church.
All churches profess catholiticity to some extent.

Personally I’m all for it for the morbidly obese but it also contributes to muscle loss and from what have read you on it for life . The funny thing about actually it funny is in the USA the cost is over a$1000 and here in Canada just under $300 same for Europe.

Ozempic costs significantly more in the United States than in Canada and Europe primarily because the U.S. government does not negotiate drug prices with pharmaceutical companies, unlike many other countries.
America continually rips itself off. It's amazing

Leopards everywhere.
Usual confusion of phyical fitness and health in this thread
I worry the weight loss drug would intefere with the curry and beer enjoyment I need for my health.
