You'll move up in stakes when you don't need anyone else to affirm to you that this is an easy fold. Middle set could actually be an interesting spot depending on how crazy these games play but even that could be considered a reasonable fold in this spot unless the games are insane

Well if the game is completely insane and you're just as likely to run into T4/T9 as TT then I would still fold this bc someone is gonna have a wrap and you're not gonna be in great shape vs that but the times someone has 99/TT you're basically completely dead and BTN should be way more likely to have a set than a wrap here tho he might have a super wrap and bdfd outs and ship
Either way you have to consider bc this is a bomb pot every combo of TT/99 is in there including hands that many peeople wouldn't play in a normal pot like TT72r or 9962r or even TTT3. If you run into a set its a travesty and you're deep and if you run into a good wrap you're just flipping vs that anyway
In this kind of game my threshold would just be to stack off 99 here if we're gonna see people shipping 150bb with T9 bc they will stack off 44 vs us when we have 99 but we won't put the same action in
