So V could be FOS, but that's pretty rare. V has basically announced that he has a straight or a boat. He's also announced that he's aware that a flush is possible. As speeches are generally massive tells of strength, as are river raises, this is almost always a boat, imo.
As far as verbal tells go, removing strong hands from his range is a tell of strength. His line is strong and he’s talking to you. Every piece of info screams strength.

Any reads or history on BB? How deep are you? Is this 1/2 or 1/3? How have you been playing? So much info missing.
