Hi what's your username or the email linked to the account, I can escalate it and find out for you.

You probably can't DM me yet as you have 1 post, if you don't want to post it here then alternatively email [email protected] from the email address linked to your account, they will tell you why you were banned.

Usually the reason is having more than one account (multiaccounting). They will not keep your money, they'll transfer it to the other account and allow you to withdraw.

Hi,
That's absolutely untrue,i opened two accounts ,then i found them restricted after several days...
Then coinpoker asked for KYC verifications by telling me that was about an ordinary check (without telling me any specific reason)
I promptly provided the requested documents, and was honest in admitting that I had opened two accounts , asking politely if it would be possible to keep only one open and have the funds transferred.
In response they closed both accounts and confiscated my money.
Ok, I broke the rules, but why keep my money?, I don't think they need it, they already earn enough money from players.
For me instead ,nowdays,it was a big loss.....

Hey, I hear you and I’m sorry this was your experience.

But to be clear, opening multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms of Service. When our security team finds a breach like that, they have the right to restrict accounts and confiscate funds. That’s not something we take lightly, but it’s necessary to keep things fair across the board.

Even if someone is upfront about it after the fact, we can’t make exceptions without setting the wrong precedent. The rules have to apply equally to everyone.

If you still feel something was missed or mishandled, please email support and request a second review of your case, but I can't promise it will have a different outcome.

Hi and thanks for your reply ,
I agree with everything,except funds confiscating …
By doing this they appear just as thieves, because this is equal to robbing someone no matter of the reasons…
I tried to contact again the support in any way but it seems there is no way to get my money back
