What is your postflop plan here? Do not see reason why checking flop (and turn?)

As played fold river, only exception is some superagro spewy villain.

V is reg. I’m don’t think he’s spewy but is capable of some big bluffs. I rolled a flop x and turn

What stakes is this?

This hand was played at 100nl

I dont see the point of just calling the turn. You lose so much value from a variety of draws

If you decide to Check Flop, you want to Bet Turn as BTN rarely checks back good Hands as they will always bet if they have something and are Not capable of checking back good Hands. To a small bet you want to Raise a Lot as they bet Hand strength in Spots like this and you want to Build a pot with TPTK- vs Jam we have to Overfold a Lot as there are no Bluffs here.

Ya I mean river is a fold but not betting flop and especially not raising turn is a huge error.

Check check 1/3 bet rvr looks like blocking bet so I see shove as including a fair portion of bluffs so I’m calling for value

yawn

Line looks nutted. Checking flop caps you, then when you lead small river you induce a polarized shove. That’s almost always TT, slowplayed set, or 44. Unless you’ve seen him overbluff, this is a fold.
