PF action is a little unlear, but I believe EP opens, MP 3B, and hero cold calls from CO.
Is it insane to consider folding flop? He's crushed by any set (especially Aces). Besides top 2, he just has a weak gutter and no BDFD. Best case scenario he's a small equity favorite vs Broadway wrap.
If you're going to continue, why not just call flop and call down non-straightening turns?
Shoving flop seems insane at 3 SPR. What's the correct play here (besides obviously folding pre)?

Folding to a single bet, or folding after raising, would be far more insane than just getting it in here.

This is where the mistake is made overcalling a 3b 120-150bb deep it looks like with a semi disconnected/gappy hand. I'd prefer to just flat the flop bet and stack off on all A, T, 8-2 personally but pretty sure this guy is just an action players that has some clue about equities and ranges.
