This just happened to a friend of mine in Omaha on ACR:
He folds one A and each of the 2 villains has AA. That's 5 A in total.

The folded cards get recycled into the deck. It is an anti-collusion feature in PLO.
If the hand is not folded by UTG then the A of clubs will not go back into the deck so cannot be held by anyone else. Part of the feature is you don't see your cards until action is on you and since the player UTG folded the Ac it goes back into the deck and can be held by someone dealt cards after them or on the board.

Thank you for providing the link. I don't play on ACR, but I certainly find this innovation interesting.
