Won a $150 ticket in a mystery bounty, never received the ticket...

I was playing a 15$ mystery bounty tournament on GG Poker a little while ago. I knocked out 3 people in total and won two small bounties and a 150$ ticket. When I was finished the tournament, I realized I didn't receive the $150 ticket. So I emailed GGcare. Their response was I was the short stack and therefore only in the main pot. As you can clearly see, I am the big stack in the hand they're specifically talking about. Not sure why they focused only on this hand either.. Here is the hand history.

But here is where things get even weirder, this hand is the only hand that actually shows a bounty prize which was $14. Which is what my full tournament bounty total was as shown here:

So I figured it's just a glitch or something, just explain it to GGcare and they'll clearly see what I can see and that is that I knocked out Lunardi25 for one. For starters, nobody else in the hand had enough chips to cover Lunardi25 except myself. I explain this to GGcare and they tell me I didn't qualify because I'm the shorter stack. So I digress and say that I knocked out 3 players the entire tournament and only collected $14 in bounties which doesn't make sense by any means. Which you would think would clearly show "oh were missing something here". But they respond talking about the single hand they're saying I'm shortstacked in (which I am not). So then I mention that the tournament results page showed that I knocked out 3 players and that was one of them. GGcare tells me no I didn't knock them out and I was the shorter stack. So I asked if I am the shorter stack, how do I win a sidepot at showdown? With a hand that didn't beat the AA player who won the majority of the chips in the pot. No response. So I ask how the Lunardi25 got knocked out if nobody covered them but myself.. no response. I've asked to know what my 3 bounties I received were to show me how I earned $14 in total. That would also show something is wrong.. Yet, still no response.

I have emailed them several times about this and all they do is tell me I am the shorter stack. Now they won't even respond. What is a person supposed to do in this situation? Their ambassadors can't help and GGcare refuses to even look at the hands or info it seems. So this is why I'm posting this here. Just very frustrated with it and ready to let them win at this point lol. It's a $150 ticket, it's not going to break the bank by any means. But the way I'm being totally brushed off by GGcare is more so what worries me. Machines make mistakes, software has bugs, stuff happens. But to refuse to look and keep sending me answers that don't correlate at all with the hand history or my questions is something else.
