some arsenal kid named dowman is apparently the biggest talent in football

He’s been on the radar a couple of years. Too good for the youth teams so promoted to the first team squad : 22 U18 appearances, 17 goals and 10 assists and he’s not a striker. Very fast, incredible balance, first touch, dribbling, shooting.

Don’t want to see him built up too much though, needs to progress at his own rate.

Isak and a centre back (preferably 2) and it's a dream summer. Sad to see Diaz go but getting that money for him at his age seems good business if we feel he has peaked.

Sunderland paying 17mil for Xhaka seems weird.

Xhaka for 17m seems like a decent deal to me. Proven prem quality in a position that usually plays a bit longer and he's likely to get 2-3 years.

They have a stupidly young squad, feels like they need the experience in CM.

I think diaz is a pretty big loss, he was great last year. Can't turn down that price though and pretty big overpay from bayern.

Xhaka seems a shrewd buy if they need experience and if they don’t play him in DM.

The bar that you need to clear to be one of the better West Ham midfielders isnÂ’t that high, but Preston Fearon looks like he may be around our squad next season. Potter seems to have seen something he likes. He was released by Chelsea at 14, hopefully heÂ’ll be half as good as the last 14 year old Chelsea reject we had.

Xhaka in the derby against Newcastle. Yes please.

Also we get to boo him again as an added perk.

2/2 wins 8 goals scored for my local step 6 team, somehow not top as Runcorn twatted someone more heavily on Saturday

Tap in, but still funny

Looking at the West Ham lineup against Everton tonight I was somewhat surprised Paqueta and also Fulkrug are still playing for them.

Paqueta verdict isn’t out yet. After that I believe the Brazilians want him and he wants to go home but they want a discounted price.

The German gets paid too much to go elsewhere. It’s a shame, good player, great character, too often injured and old, we should never have signed him.

LolArse.

Back in your box Farteta

lol

I’d give Porro an A there, I’d upgrade to A+ if he threw the ball in his face.

EPL does oeuf-ballon for the thirteenth year.

We've got a $20 draft which is full of noobs if you're just dipping your toes in

And we've got a $50 very expert pro auction if you think that you've got what it takes to beat the best boys.

Damn Son..

Build that man a statue. Absolute legend, a great guy and it's probably the best time for Spurs and for him to move on.

Son leaves with impeccable timing. Im glad one of the likeable Spurs players is gone. He is great and I wish nothing but the best for him.

Now for Madders to leave and we can hate each and every one of them with full force.

Also are Spurs buying anyone or was Kudus the main target.

Also reading Nkunku is going to leave Chelsea. Ngl thought he was going to be something there - guess the injury didn't help

Son was good enough at his peak to play for most clubs in the world, but his last league season was a bit of a shambles by his standards so not surprised to see him go to the US.

Happy new league season day everyone!

For League 1 and below teams that is

Bit of the small red ball today

That is quite the bit of goalkeeping for Fleetwood's opener

Shambles by his standards but still had 16 goal involvements for joint 18th on the premier league list.

Didn't pass the eye test, prob not sustainable given underlying, but as many as Eze Samenyo Mateta Maddison (and Saka but Saka missed way more time than Son did).

So clearly not garbage.

Obviously not garbage but heading fast in the wrong age-related direction so a sensible move for all.
