Expect nitty grinder heavy. If you can get 5c plo running, it will prob be ok.

Have the ug clubs died in PP? I just noticed see nothing in fb+omaha gained some traction at Naga...

Still at Mingmen regularly, daytime running 5/5 plo that becomes 5/5/10 later on. And evening 1/3, 2/5 Chinese holdem games. Also keep in mind poker here tends to be a bit seasonal, and it doesn't pick up for a few more months.

I'm making the trip to PP at end of month. Will probably do the Naga deal. As regards the 8 hour a day stipulation, is that an 8 hour average over your stay so you could do 4 one day and 12 the next?
Also, what is the rake like at the private clubs? I've been in Bangkok a couple of weeks, contacted one of the clubs and was told rake was 5% capped at 1500 baht. Not much of a cap.

The 8 hours per day is averaged over your entire stay. So, yes you could 4 hours one day, 12 the next. You can also check your overall hours with floor staff at any point. Also check that the dealer properly swipes your card when you sit and swipes you back in when you return from a break (you can chek via the display on the table). Overall the system works well but mistakes do happen.

Thanks . I saw a mention of a buffet breakfast, was that included in comp room?

Yes, it’s excellent.

Hi everyone, I just arrived to Sihanoukville and I'm ready to play 1/1, 1/2 and 1/3.

I saw that 72 poker room has games 24/7 but I also read multiple warnings about house players and collusion.

Are there any other poker rooms that have cash games around the clock where I don't have to worry about getting cheated?

Also no smoking would be a plus, but not a necessity.

Naga is pretty much your only option with those requirements.

Thanks, I'll keep that in mind. Cheers!

I think you just need passport and some proof of address and your good. ABA is by far the most commonly used here, would def recommend that

Ok, thanks. And proof of adress I get from my landlord for example?

With bank account its usualy super easy from my experience in Thailand back in the days. Now its super hard to get bank account in Thailand and sites like 888 did exclude players from Thailand.

Copy of the lease is easiest

Going to Cambodia for the first time on the 6th next month. Wanna stay 3 to 5 days in Phnom Penh and then rent a scooter and drive to Kampot for a couple days. Have a few questions:

- Wanna play some poker but just for fun, maybe a donkament, maybe a couple hours of cash, are there any places I should check for a daily MTT besides Nagaworld?
- Any place where I can get USD cash for my USDT?
- I'll be there for the 1st game of the World Cup, best bar to watch it?
- Scooter/motorbike rental recommendations? I have a thai drivers license that is supposed to be OK in all the ASEAN countries but I guess if I get pulled over at a checkpoint still have to pay tea money? any experience with this?
- And best area to stay? or any area to avoid? Saw that riverside seems to be the go-to place

If I have more questions I'll ask here, thanks in advance!

Unless it's something recent, outside of special events, there isn't even a daily MTT in Nagaworld. $50R+A on Saturdays, $100R+A on Sundays, and a monthly $300, that's all. The shady rooms in town would do occasional MTTs but no daily MTTs, no. I was just gonna say I can give you the telegram contact of the successor-successor of the ol' riverking but somehow telegram seems to be gone from my phone, prolly some safety-cold war nonsense or whatever. Can't install it back, it forces me to buy premium, f that. But they can still be contacted via FB I believe, look around a lil bit. There are also some competitor rooms. But daily MTTs, no, I don't think so.

There are several crypto exchanges near Naga. They appear to cater mainly to the Chinese but can be used and are legit as far as I heard. But I never used them, don't wanna vouch for them.

There will be bars showing it most likely but can't recommend or ensure that some bar will def show it. Most likely requires a subscription or (more likely, Cambo-style) hacking into the system. Look around, everywhere from riverside, maybe Oskar's (104) to 136 or the new nightlife district near Naga, or near Pontoon.

I've never done this in Cambo, I'm not sure this is how it works in Cambo or if there are even sufficient places that do rent motorbikes. That's Thailand/Bali etc. style. In Cambo you can get a tuktuk for like nothing via Grab/Passapp. To go to Kampot and back, you can get a taxi, will cost like 60-80$ one way, or if you want to save, a relatively luxurious shared minibus with set departure times for like 10-15$. Maybe the prices are a litttle bit higher due to the current war. You can look it up online or ask at the central bus station, or various travel agencies in town.

Riverside is solid, but it's kind of like Soi Cowboy. There are some regular bars and restaurants and whatnot but a lot of hooker bars nearby and corresponding clientele. As I mentioned there's a (relatively) new nightlife district near Naga, staying more south towards there would also be solid. Too much away from these areas not that great, no, mainly locals and local establishments, not much else of interest there, not much English, similar to Thailand.
