AQ offsuit cut off

AQ offsuit cut off

Last night I played live. We are 7 players, blinds are 1/2, I'm on the CO with $130, AQ offsuit.
UG (covers) raises to 7, I reraise to 20, SB folds, and BB calls. UG is a little aggressive, and I saw him call even with second pair before, but maybe he knew the other player. BB doesn't seem like a regular, but other than that I didn’t have the chance to see him play more hands.

Pot: ~60
Flop is Q-6-3.
BB bets 25, UG calls, and I call.

Pot: ~135
Turn is 2
BB bets 25, UG calls, I go all in (~70 left).

Both BB and UG call.

Any opinion on how I played this hand?

Preflop size is got to be bigger atleast 30.

I probably raise jam flop. AP turn is fine.

With only 130 effective and flopping TPTK I’m never folding.

Seems fine. Were the others deep? If so they have to be somewhat wary of each other. Not sure if jam flop is better or worse than jam turn.

Folding preflop would also be acceptable (as would calling) although if UTG is somewhat aggressive then 3betting is absolutely fine.

Only UTG is deep, and yes he is that kind of player that always raise or fold pre flop.

UTG had 5 4, so I lost. I think the other user was right, maybe I had to bet more pre flop and all in post flop, it could have called but probably I would have had more equity

Pre is fine

I think I would jam, but I might just min-raise to $50 and let them know I’m there. Sometimes this has the same effect as villains know the rest of your stack is likely to follow.

The mistake is that you let villain set the price for his draw and he got there. You could have even shoved the flop and it would have been reasonable.

Short stack 101
Aim for top pair and get it in if you hit.
You can’t play draw type hands and you can’t let those type of hands catch up and beat you.

Yeah maybe I had to raise 25 pre flop, and all in post flop, anyway considering villan he was most likely to call anyway.
