ACR Banned My Account & Confiscated Funds Without Proof – Boilerplate Response

wanted to share my recent experience with ACR because I’m at a complete loss.
My account was permanently closed and all my funds confiscated. I appealed the decision multiple times, asking for specific information about what I was accused of. The only replies I got were copy-pasted “decisions are final” emails.
To make matters worse, in the last email they even started it with “Hello Bruce”… which isn’t my name. Bruce is actually the name of the agent who signed the email! I signed my name at the end of every message, so this mistake just shows how little care these appeals get.
I have never knowingly violated ACR’s terms and conditions. I don’t use bots, RTA, seating scripts, or any prohibited tools. I asked them to at least clarify what triggered the ban so I could understand, but they refuse to share any details.
I fully support poker sites taking strong action against cheating, but there has to be transparency. Right now, ACR can confiscate anyone’s bankroll without explanation, hide behind “final decisions,” and there’s nothing players can do.
Has anyone here gone through something similar and actually recovered their funds? Are there contacts at ACR who will actually review cases properly?
Any help or advice would be appreciated.

I just received what ACR is calling their “final response.” They’re refusing to provide any explanation for the ban or seizure of my funds and said they will no longer respond to me.
On top of that, one of their earlier emails even started with “Hello Bruce”… which isn’t my name, it’s the agent’s! I sign my name on every email, so this really shows how little attention my appeal was given.

At this point, I feel completely stonewalled. Has anyone here had success getting a real review after being shut down like this? Any advice or contacts would be greatly appreciated.
This is no surprise, they are crooks running a crooked system. I'm sorry this has happened to you but let it be a lesson not to trust these unregulated sites.
