Wpt Gold seized all my money!
WptGold ceased all my SC and my friends SC (around 7000$) about 3 days ago and hasn't responded to our tickets and emails. My account was almost busted after losing a lot and he was up alot so he said hed give me some of his SC. We couldn't find a P2P transfer tab or anything so we just went into a heads up table and he lost 3k to me on purpose. We didn't know this was frowned upon but we figure this is why they took all our money. We looked at the TOS and didn't see how this was really breaking any obv rules but I'm not a lawyer either lol. Any advice for a couple of idiots to hopefully save our butts would be much appreciated.

Seized. I haven't gone through all the TOS but what you did is explicitly against the rules of most sites so I'd be surprised if it's allowed at WPTGold.

Advice: Admit to them that you were a ret*rded fool, and ask for forgiveness. It might not help, but it's a much better strategy than starting to argue about technicalities in ToS or claim ignorance.
Obviously chip dumping is not allowed, regardless of which online poker site you are playing on.
Over/under how many hands they took to dump the 3k? Raise $99 pre/fold to a jam 30 times at 100NL? 😀
Agree with apologizing for a naive mistake. The angle of "They don't have a proper transfer system, so we did X" just sounds like an excuse.
I can see seizing the amount dumped, but taking your friends entire balance seems excessive, maybe they are investigating collusion outside this situation.
You could always try to ask Code Doug for help.
IMO this alone shouldn't be punishable by poker death (banned + everything confiscated)
However, if you're team-playing and card sharing then I have no sympathy.
