OK OOT, it's been a while since we had a devoted fast food thread around here and I think it's time we had a new one.

in-n-o prices as of a year ago at the only one in oregon for 135 miles (and 35 miles from me)

The one in Ridgefield better open before I come back in November. Don't want to have to drive all the way to the one south of Portland.

Great idea for the BOGO! I'm not sure our MCDs do the $1 small soda.... investigating... whoa... small is $1.77, EXTRA SMALL is $1.70. I think the ExSm is like a water cup size. Unfortunately my local never turned the self serve soda back on... rat bastids

Like a mini-Burger Thing Slopper.

What a value conundrum! Haven't had a double stack in a hot minute; value-wise I'd rate it a wash, I think both have good nugs, MCDs probably a bit better.MCD's menu seems to be more consistent; I don't see the $7 BDSM meal available locally, but I do see a 2x JBC meal deal for $8. Whereas MCDs has the $7 DD and $5-6 deals everywhere.Wendy's offer tab is pretty redic though, so

Wow, no wonder they gouge us ordinary folk so hard. I think large fries are pushing 5 bucks here.

Also wrt Jack's, there are fries and curly fries you can get free w/points. That's assuming they fixed their bug that didn't let you order curly fries online at all.

20 Mozz Sticks for $10. Sign me up!

any classy action lawyers around these parts care to file a price gouging civil suit grievence on behalf of the ada and those unable to actually use a touch screen because they are not afforded the same fast food deals as other amerikans with fingerprints already recorded

I still don't understand why pigbill just doesn't use a stylus?

You won't poop for a week.

Wednesday Aug 6, Wienerschnitzel will give you a free root beer float with any purchase.

Brilliant. Legitimately never occurred to me.

Then he’d never get the opportunity to post about himself.

Now that I think of it, jitb did do free any size any fries Friday, couldn't verify that at time of posting thought.

With that offer, jitb may be the value king. Get two tacos for 1.29 (rip .99) + large curlies for $1.50ish with tax

Plus free ranch!

Edit: don't attempt this before a long drive

I ran thru the JITB drive-thru t'other day. 2 tacos were $1.89, "value-menu" curlies were another $1.89. Be aware when ordering the curlies - sm curly fry was $2.39, same size (AFAICT) as the value-menu curlies for $.50 more. Out the door for under $5.

Currently having Red Swan pizza here in Ontario Canada and oh man is it ever good, think sesame seeds on the crust is the game changer

RB's got them $.99 shakes with purchase, thru 8/31...

Offer expires 8/31/25. Valid on one a-la carte Regular Shake with a $10 minimum purchase. Only valid for online, pick-up-in-store orders. Must have/establish an Arby's Rewards account to redeem. Taxes and tip extra. Excludes modifiers. Not available for delivery or use of gift cards. Offer is one time use only and can only be earned one time per guest. No cash value. $10 minimum purchase! And one-time use only? Dead to me, RB's.

Question for app experts: I have enough points to get a free whopper. Not whopper with cheese, a whopper. I can't imagine eating a cheeseless whopper. How does that work? They don't have a whopper w/cheese on the rewards menu. Do they let you buy a piece of cheese for 50 cents on your "free" whopper?

You don’t put cheese on a whopper. Also, please weigh in on the stylus discussion.

Just put a couple slices in the cooler!

Who eats any burger without cheese? Though for Whoppers I put my own cheese slices on at home rather than pay extra. I don't have enough points to open the Whopper option so I tried it on the regular hamburger and yes it lets you add cheese or bacon or whatever for the 30 or 40 cents.

I haven't checked recently, but I can remember adding cheese to a Whopper was at least $.80, if not a full buck. Scottsdale prices, as I think that's where I saw it years ago.

Checked the app, $6.79 a la carte Whopper, +$.70 With Cheese. (PHX prices)

Meh, I tried a stylus a number of years ago. It worked very poorly. I might try one again, because tech stuff improves over time.

I apparently don't eat cheese very often - I checked and it expired in May. No, I'm not going to the store after work. I'm too tired and it's way too friggin hot.

Thanks.

Yeah, all fast food in AZ is ridiculously expensive because of that stupid minwage law. I love the idea of the initiative process, but they cannot allow people to vote themselves a raise. The proletariat is too stupid to understand the consequences of raising the minwage willy-nilly. Letting Congress do it is dangerous enough.

I’m a huge cheeseburger guy but I do not put cheese on a Whopper.

That’s like putting a hat on a hat.
