$11 mystery bounty - Facing an early position raise in BB, approaching the bubble
There are over 3000 entries to this tourney, and we are close to the bubble. However, the vast majority of the money is on the final table (and in the bounties, which kick in when ITM). Villain hasn't made any memorable blunders that I have noted.

As played, what to do on the flop? I give myself over 60% equity against a standard sort of opening range, but not too sure which hands he will jam flop with......

its just a jam from a fish (or someone whose girlfriend called), he can have anything, overcards, air, overpairs, with your equity you snapcall.
for some players there Im sure it can be kind of an "protective jam" to save themselves from bad runouts and /or overcards and I'd expect to see them oftenly turning over JJ. But it's just a fraction of all cases and even then you have fine equity.

Its true there are plenty of weak plays at these stakes, but he hadn't been playing that fishy.
