Hi all,
Anyone having issues opening Ignition today?
I tried to log in multiple times until it locked me out. Contact online support who sent a link for a new password change, however now it is giving me an ERROR message when trying to change my password and my Ignition desktop App will not even load.
how are the mid stakes cash games these days? are there alot of bots and colluders?
Are all players whether they are on bovada, bodog or ignition all play together?
ya but it never updates lol. just hangs forever until I finally close the client. Happens every session.
so came back to Australia after being away in NZ for a few years (NZ cannot access Ignition)
played 500-1000 PLO for the past couple weeks, casually contacted Ignition support to update my new mobile number
they tried to verify with my last deposit amount, it was off by a few cents because of USDT transaction fees, without any further discussion or question they disabled my account and asked me to email some ID photos which I did, now its been 3 days without any news, bit of an overkill no?
Does the player pool seem to be WAY down on at least 25 and 50NL? I've never (for years) had trouble getting 4 full tables, now it's a struggle to get 2.

A similar thing happened to me. Despite my efforts to explain that the USD/AUD/BTC amount for the deposit wouldn’t be exactly what I had stated, they immediately suspended my account, and it took some time before it was reactivated.
The ridiculous part was that during the online chat with support, as soon as the amount differed by a few cents, they cut the chat off. I didn’t even get the chance to explain, they just shut it down.
Frustrating and absurd, but eventually it got resolved.
I am on Ignition and since yesterday I have been unable to open the client with error #42. Does anyone else have the same problem?
any updates on the max late reg collusion cheaters, maybe controlled by bovada since they havent acted on the obvious problem for a long time
I am having a problem with Jackpot Sit-and-Gos not loading. I click on my choice of stake on the main client screen, get the popup that says I will be charged $X, click on it, then nothing. This is with the Windows client.
I just tried it on the web browser version on ignitioncasino.eu, though, and it worked just fine.

My account is still disabled (>1 week now), and they won't accept the fact that as a NZer I don't currently have Australian ID... I've sent them selfies holding NZ passport (which in itself gives me residency in Aus), utility bill, bank statement the whole lot. I've applied for an Australian drivers license but it will take weeks to arrive
The whole thing is just insane and I have $10k stuck on their site, up a little bit from 1k PLO. I wish they expended a fraction of this energy in dealing with bots and collusion.
I think the lesson is make sure you have no $ in your account when dealing with customer support in anyway because it sucks balls.

After rebooting my computer for other reasons, this problem went away. I have no idea whether it is coincidence or if rather the reboot fixed a problem with the Windows client.
when i try to log in through the poker client, it opens up the webpage login instead?
anyone else getting "your poker software must be updated... click ok..." and then it just sits at 0 percent updated... i close out and try again.. repeat over and over
