KK OOP in 3-way 4bet pot

KK OOP in 3-way 4bet pot

Bit of a weird spot…

1/2NL 7-handed

Table has been very passive overall for well over nearly 2h. I’ve done nearly all of the PFR’ing at the table other than a couple BS $5 raises from other players here & there. Not even sure there’s been a 3bet yet.

BTN- Has ~$550 & has only been at the table for 20min or so. I’ve played with him before, he is fairly aggro, maybe a bit on spewy side.

HJ- $79. Just got to table a few hands ago. Came from a broken table. No real reads other than likely not a good player based on his stack size.

Hero- $500 in LJ.

Preflop: Hero raises to $10 w/ KcKh, HJ calls, CO folds, BTN 3! to $30, folds back to me, I 4! To $85, LJ goes all-in for $79, BTN fairly quickly calls.

Flop ($228 main, $12 side): Qs Js Jc

Hero bets $50, BTN raises to $110, Hero calls.

BTN can definitely be calling my 4! wider than a usual range given HJ flat. Pot is somewhat protected and I’m basically betting into a dry side pot. But he min-raises. SPR is <2. I called because shoving seems like potential spew? Not really worried about AA here, of course. Not sure. Weird spot.

Turn ($228 main, $232 side): Ad

Hero checks w/ $305 behind, BTN bets $110, Hero?

Now behind some Ax hands…

Preflop open and 3bet feels small.
We need to size up our 4bet, get the most value. Something like 100-120 feels good.
When we size down what you're saying is you fear they fold, I personally rarely get folds with a 4bet live.

Flop I think this is easy check, this board hits their range harder than us.
Facing a raise on flop I think this is easy fold. There's no side pot, he's rarely bluffing unless he's crazy. I don't think he raises AQ here. So its probably combo draw, Jx or QQ.
