2024 Fantasy Football Thread
Welcome to the 2024 fantasy season, where I'm officially addicted to best ball. I've been drafting since the end of Jan
This is one of my favorite 0rb teams I’ve gotten. Normally stop at 6, but wr felt so strong that I stopped at 6 there and took 7 RBs
Lamar, Stroud
Monty, Mixon, Skattebo, Blue, Shipley, Roschon, Hill
Nico, AJB, Adams, Flowers, Golden, Reed
Loveland, Likely, Otton
Another 0rb, probably my last puppy 3
Hurts, JJM
Jones, Tracy, ETN, Blue, Shipley, Brooks
JJ, AJB, Smith, Olave, Mooney, Doubs, TeSlaa, E Moore
McBride, Henry
Nix, Caleb
Bijan, Kamara, Pacheco, Ford, Wright, Monangai
Tee, DJM, Jeudy, Kirk, Tre, Doubs, Franklin, Royals
McBride, Engram
That’s a well balanced team.
Fields, Geno, Dimes
Breece, Kamara, Chuba, Bigsby, Allgeier
Nabers, Puka, Wilson, Downs, Shaheed, Tre, Bech
Loveland, Theo, Juwan
Fields, Goff
Hampton, Breece, Skat, Sampson, Dowdle, Monangai
Chase, Tee, Waddle, Jennings, Higgins, Tre, Felton
LaPorta, Gesicki, Taylor
My targeted QB's all got sniped.
I don't love the Ollie Gordon pick. I think the Dolphins are gonna add or trade for another RB. Jaylen Wright is dead.
QB) Stroud, Geno
RB) Henry, Mason, Tracy, Benson, O Gordon, Corum.
WR) Nico, Evans, Pearsall, Deebo, Burden, Thornton, Horton, Bech
TE) Kittle, Engram.
500 would be ****ing insane. I think sack was averaging 300-400 at a time last season. I’m assuming he’s doing the same again.
I’m at around 200. And that 47 otc was just from a night of sleeping and waking up.
I was done entering slows and then they dropped that Pom and the Marathon promo, so I entered more, which I will regret even more tomorrow when the clocks decrease to 4 hours.
The First Quarter looks fun. Guessing elite QB and being light on rookies is the way to go.
I would say it's the perfect contest for Henry, but the Ravens first 4 guys aren't exactly a cakewalk and not much to love about their W4 matchup with KC.
Room got a little away from me at wr. Took 4 early and then the mid round guys just completely disappeared so I mostly hammered rb
Mahomes, Baker, Dimes
Achane, Warren, Charbs, Mondre, Tuten, Allgeier
ARSB, Worthy, Egbuka, Flowers, Wandale, Pierce, Franklin
Kittle, Otton

Rashee to the moon, since his ADP won’t be adjusted.
And yeah, I’d be fading almost all rookies, minus the first rounders, and injured guys.
I’m not a fan of these types of contests, but it is nice to have results within a month.
I’m also not a fan that 6 man 10 round contest.
Nix, Caleb
Bijan, Kamara, Pacheco, Ford, Wright, Monangai
Tee, DJM, Jeudy, Kirk, Tre, Doubs, Franklin, Royals
McBride, Engram
I love your QB's
I don't like the Wright or Monangai picks. I think both the Dolphins and Bears may add a RB.
I love the Franklin pick. That's a league winner.
I love the TE's
The 10/11 turn is my line right now. He just went 91 in a Puppy.
Dak, Bryce, Geno
Saquon, Monty, Charbs, Skattebo, Blue, Mondre (149)
AJB, Ladd, Worthy, Pickens, Deebo, Coker, Bech
Loveland, Theo
Lots of WR value.
I was planning to go 6 WRs and 3 TEs, but I wanted a stacking partner for both Bryce and Geno and Sanders was sniped ahead of ADP.
It looks good.
I'm very concerned about AJB though with his injury. You are deep at WR so it's all good.
Loveland and Theo may be thin but maybe not.
Flock
QB) Mahomes, Lawrence
RB) Jeanty, Harvey, Mixon, Javonta, R White, Corum
WR) BTJ, Tet , Worthy, Egbuka, Burden, Douglas, Franklin, Royals
TE) Kelce, Ertz

I've pretty much avoided the RBs drafted in the 7th round, but have been mixing in some Monangai here and there.
1. Coachspeak has been really positive
2. Looked good in preseason
3. Strong RB class - maybe he gets drafted earlier any other year.

ADP will be almost non-existent for me.
Yes, lots of Rice. I'll take him back at the 2/3 turn where he was going.
I won't be maxing it, so I'm going to have a very condensed player pool. Maybe narrow it down to 12-16 teams that I'll prioritize for stacking. Then players from other teams will only be taken as one offs.
This guy Dylan had 2/3 turn Rice in mind too.
Also hilarious to hear people are drafting Aiyuk. Think of that ADP value!
I think I’d be way more focused on building out my starting lineup in the first 8 rounds than building depth that may be pushed out of the starting lineup.
1-3-3-1 or 1-2-4-1. Obviously, the onesies won’t always work out, but I wouldn’t want to pound WRs like I do in the big field contests.
I guess you should also be correlating week 4. Week 1 is also harder to advance than weeks 2 and 3.
Yea I'm just focusing on Weeks 4 and 3 in order.
Maybe it'll make it harder to advance, but with limited teams, I want to be really strong if I can make it there.
I think your idea of focusing on roughly half the offenses is good. Especially since we need to adjust for projected SOS, which is way more predictable for the first 4 than entire 17.
Bengals vs Broncos in w4 isn't great for Chase. On the flip side, probably need to be smashing Broncos against that defense.
CMC has a dream schedule and only needs to survive 4 weeks. 1.01?
With byes not being an issue, and only needing 4 weeks. If you get an elite QB, then I could see solo QB being optimal.
Just got in my first one at the 1.12
That was fun. Got some fun W4 and W3 stacks. Probably need to focus on RB a little earlier. Hopefully BRob does get moved and JCM is a thing.
Mahomes, Purdy
Pacheco, ETN, JCM, Benson, Blue, Allgeier, Dowdle
BTJ, AJB, Rice, Bateman, Hollywood, QJ, Ray-Ray, Yoshi
Kittle
This guy is already on the single onesie strat.
I’d probably opt for 2-6-8-2 as most optimal. I wouldn’t do many 3 of either onesie builds, assuming I was mostly attacking early to mid range guys and betting on them.
On the flip side, most contingent bets will be bad bets for the first 4 weeks, so maybe you want to load up on the guaranteed week 1 role WRs/RBs then pound late QBs/TEs who all have secure roles.
Flock
