I had exactly the same thing happen, deleted app and all 888 files, restarted PC and reinstalled and all is good since. If anyone reading this wants to try this please ensure you save your notes and any other info you need before deletion. Free spin wheel was also inactive for nearly 24 hrs but is back.

I am writing here because of an unexpected accident that happened with my account. Via E-mail I was told to send some documents to verify my adress (It is for the second time). I was ready to send in the documents and was stunned by the fact that my account is temporarily blocked. I have not received any E-mails involving this information and cause of it. I have no idea why my account is blocked. Please, check this for me.

I don't have that authority. If you also join in normal TwoPlusTwo life and conversations, instead of simply using the forums to try to contact 888poker, the software settings you need should kick in fairly soon.

Another case of temporarily blocked account, operations team wanting my documents. I provided them soon after I got thrown out of software in the middle of the game with money in pots that I will never get back. I got no confirmation that the documents have been received or reviewed. Can you please send/check this for me? My username: boki59

It obviously doesn't matter, but just for the record, I've been through similar thing one year ago and waited 3 months for the thing to get resolved, when it was such a trivial "problem" that could be resolved in matter of minutes. Please don't make me wait for that long again.

My account on 888 poker was blocked on 05/20/2025, after I played a final table. For 3 months I sent documents repeatedly. On 08/19, I regained access to my account, but after trying to withdraw my balance that was there, my account was blocked again, 2 days later. my nyckname: nego1001

Hello, recently I made an withdrawal from 888poker. When I made a deposit, I put R$1.000,00 (I am brazilian) and I had R$1.000,00 in my balance. Now that I went to make a withdrawal, I had R$1.136,68 and received exactly R$1.000,00. Which sounds very suspicious that the value I receved back was rounded to exactly R$1.000,00. Where did the other R$136,68 go? Why did I not receive my entire balance? I would like it to be clarified, because when checking the cashier it is not clear at all what happened to my money.

I am writing here again cause of my problems with blocked account. I also wrote an e-mail for a 888row support, they replied that my documents have been sent over. The problem is that when I upload my documents on the cashier website, it says that I will be messaged via e-mail later on how it goes. I uploaded my documents three times. Afterwards 1 day later everytime I went back to the website and it is all fresh as if have not uploaded anything (screenshot). No e-mails were there, nothing. I just want to not waste any time and get right on to solve it. I want to make sure that my documents are being reviewed and not just ignored. If you could, please help me on getting additional information about my verification process, I would really appreciate some information via e-mails, so I could deal with it faster. I had a balance of R$1.136,68 and got back only R$1.000,00. This is the issue. Why did I not get the full R$1.136,68?

What I am saying is there must be some bonus that you have not cleared hence you only got your money back without the winnings on top.
