ACR deposit concern

Hi,
I recently started using ACR, amd made a deposit yesterday of usdc via Coinbase. It was deposited. 15 minutes later, I deposited another $1,950 and accidentally used the same address. ACR received the second deposit, confirmed via wallet lookup.

I've sent two emails to get the $1,950 credited to my account, and no responses yet. Given the time between the two transfer to the same address within 15 minutes and their slow response times, am I screwed? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
