We have the nut flush???

We have the nut flush???

2/2 live 5 to call 8 handed

rock straddle for 10
5 callers
Hero picks up A556 decides to call in bb.
Straddle checks

Effective 900

7way pot 70
Flop KJ8
Hero leads for 35
Mp raises to 90???? He's a tag betting/raising with strong ranges and combo draws only.
We reread the board and hand again making sure we have the nuts.

Co tank 3bets to 200???? Asian kid, no clue of his plays
We reread the board/hand for a few more times we have the nuts. Making sure no straight flush out there.

Folds back to Hero???
Slowplay or get it in???
I thought ppl just flats w/flushes, sets/twopairs. First time facing a raise/3bet with the nut flush.
Then I was thinking to myself how much to bet when turn blanks when there are a few callers.
1/2 pot? full pot?

This action is insane. One of them has a set, just click it on them and jam clean turns. In position flatting becomes much more appealing. I can’t remember if I ever saw this kind of action when I had the nf in a small pot.

You can't get it all-in with a pot, and not many people 4b with the bare ace but no equity, but you can have the bare ace with two pair or a set and play it like this. Not many lead top set and even fewer call a 3b oop, so calling just looks like the nuts.

You don't have to be Sherlock Holmes or Phil Ivey to pick up on this. Unless you're doing that with the bare ace before jamming, please stop doing that. Assuming you have a functional enough working memory, your best play is to memorise your cards, including suits, before the flop comes out, and then one final time when you're facing a final bet on the river. If you do have to check your cards to see which suits and sidecards, please be aware you're giving the game away by doing it the above way.
