The only thing decriminalized is possession of SMALL amounts in private places or a narrow list of facilities like shelters. One can debate the efficacy of that policy, but to say drugs are legal is profoundly ignorant. Besides, the overwhelming problem in drugs right now is the insane toxicity of the fentanyl crisis, it’s going to be bad in every policy approach.
