I’m a human BS detector and his words ****ing stink to high hell.
The signing that would be vetoed would be his initial signing and that contract is long and passed. The recent CBA said the first offense for circumventing the cap is 4.5M Fine.
I guess we'll see how much of a hard ass Adam Silver wants to be.. is this egregious enough to be more than a "first offense"? I think so, but I doubt he'll think the same.
