ACR Poker BTC deposit on on August 8 never credited and ZERO RESPONSE to 10+ Support Requests!
I'm looking for some sort of ACR Poker response to my deposit issue. I deposited $247.48 on August 8 at 7:28pm. I'm a longtime ACR player and have never had a deposit issue previously.
This time around, my deposit was never credited. Things happen, I understand.
What is killing me is that I emailed them and filled out support requests on the website at least 10 times now, and I've gotten ZERO RESPONSE! How is that even possible? They received my money almost a month ago and can;t me bothered to even reply to my calls for help?
Are there any ACR Poker Support lurkers on here that can assist?

Does anyone have a clue how to get in touch with ACR Support when they won't respond to support requests online, emails, or X posts??
My 11th request through ACR's Website request form:
Hi! This is probably my 11th message to you, and I can't, for the life of me, understand why I don't get responses. It's been almost a month. I deposited nearly $250 in BTC, but it never hit my account. I have been a long-time player and deposited 1000's of dollars on your site, and you can't give me the common courtesy of a reply or even look into my issue. I'm letting you know that I won't deposit another penny on your site until this is resolved, which sucks for me, but at some point, I can't continue to support you when you won't support me. Please look into my past requests, my post in 2+2, and my x posts tagging you. I'm not asking for anything extraordinary - just that you credit me with the money I deposited.
What support mail did u use? If u wote multiple times its possible that they put u back in the lane again and again.
Best is always to wait after the first request. Me i dont really play there but when i contacted them in the past they always answered me after a few hours or max 1-2 days.
I went through the support form on the website and also sent messages directly to their support email. Never heard back on either. BUT, I then went through their chatbot, and it submitted a support request for me, and I immediately heard back from them. They looked into and credited my account appropriately. Very happy to have it resolved.
FINAL UPDATE : Thrilled to say that ACR got to the bottom of this and I'm back online there! The Funds have been credited, and the rep I worked with, Emma, was outstanding. Somehow, I don't think they were receiving my support requests sent through the online forms or emails. I'd highly recommend going through the chatbot when requesting assistance. That seemed to do the trick.
