Think we can just call it. What was our last word?

Yea it wasn't such an easy combo at the end

It was mentioned there were better clues but none were mentioned besides wall(which I'm not sure how it gets Row, would probably confuse into Stick or Screen)

I figured Berlin would be guessed eventually especially with Atlantis and India both blue, the first clue I was going for a European location and was trying to snipe off Luck+Roulette without hitting Queen, Heart, or Diamond.

Next one I picked over another city like Shanghai in case someone knew some fun facts like it was one of the colder areas(Snow) or that a pipeline went through it. Instead we knew just the perfect amount to know it was a province and stay away from Berlin but not guess the other stuff.

Last turn was hard. If anyone can think of better clues feel free to share, I thought for a while. Stuff like U-Boat runs into stream, stuff like riot runs into stick, uprising could be queen. Not much else seemed organized up there besides a full city + German stereotype but ah well

gg

We would've known stream wasn't ours because you woulda done unlimited. So something like Danube or Rhine would've worked. Or soldiers/frontline/etc.

It also didn't help that every place we were guessing after France was blue, and you never clued an actual city so seemed like we should stay away from it. Cluing a rando shadowfax when Beijing achieves the same thing and doesn't avoid Berlin as much is just confusing.

Lol, lmao, and lol again

Wall is rows of bricks

Sure, stick just hits really hard in many ways as well, as does screen

And there wasn't a clear list but I will admit with our word not being close to last made me not think about unlimited so I didn't consider D1s (good imo) logic of another clue meaning Stream is wrong

I likely would have done unlimited if it was ours but was so far back I forgot a 2 clue had a little safety to it....at the same time idk

If I clued Danube - 2 and you don't guess Berlin + Stream that does seem a little weird/not a route I would wanna take my team down regardless

I bungled the second turn, not noticing that India was already off the board.

Almost saved us with Valentine, then luckily we got another turn.

Vaudeville - 4

Piano and play for sure

Vaudeville birthed a lot of early film stars

Maybe fan?

idk what this is

Vaudeville is old timey entertainment from around the turn of the 20th century. A bunch of the first big acts in moving pictures (Chaplin, Keaton, etc.) started out in Vaudeville.

👍

seems like date could work, but i'm happy with whatever

Piano
Play
Film

red x3

I could make a case for several words.

Some of them seem like Vaudeville would be too fancy of a clue, tho and something like musical or Broadway would be better fits.

does pie in the face fit? or nah

i was thinking date since it's old-timey

I think I like the date idea more than any other.

Movie hits a lot better with those for me, but insanity if you’re still into date, go for it.
