I don't quite understand the comment about "no kindergarten student is trans". Sure, let's put that aside. Kids still live in the world and have people around them, some of whom may well be trans. Maybe even a parent! I'd suspect in 99% of cases these conversations are not talking about kids right now, and more about what might happens as they grow up, kind of like how my kids also know that as they grow up they might fall in love with people of a different gender or their own gender, and that all types of love is ok.
