Moving up to 25nl
This is the second thread of my poker journey, the first one was to start up my BR from 60 to 150ish to move up in stakes.
This new and more log term thread is for a couple of reasons:
Force myself to be held accountable of my results
Keep track of progress
make sure to accomplish my goals
This is a summary of my results so far:

And the new goals for this next challenge:
Beat 5nl over 50k hands for EV BB 7.5/100
Move to 10nl with the same goal
Start shot-taking 25nl with proper BR management
Rules:
Cannot cut sessions short, if tilting study instead but remain invested in the game
Must not play with a BI that is more than %5 of total BR
Until the 50k hands are not played I cannot shot-take a new stake
If after the 50k hands I dont beat the stake at the expected rate will keep playing that stake for 25k hands until I beat it properly.
Will play both reg tables and zoom but HU games will not count for the challenge.
Can play max 4 tables at a time of the stake to beat.
Current BR: USS 275

Sorry for the delay, had some intense days up to today, since a couple of months I have been on a downswing and lately it has been impressive how bad it is.
Could share the coolers to back up that claim but they dont matter that much since the EV BB/100 is the metric that is taken into account for the challenge.
This last week I have been playing some 9max ante games and found out they are free money so have played a lot of hours of that for fun and to make a bit of extra income for the BR. Cant say It has been a success but it has been interesting to say the least.
Regarding the challenge I have moved my Coinpoker BR to ACR to practice in a reg heavy enviroment and try myself against harder opposition. So far I would say that it has been going great, Its definitely not maximizing EV but at least is allowing me to find my leaks and my strong points. All my other volume has been on GG as well as some on Pokerstars, overall I have been running terrible but still feel confident in my ability to complete this challenge.

On an other note I got a BBJ on GG, which was nuts.

The goals and plans for this week are to play 5k more hands on 5nl, get in at least 2 sweat sessions with a partner and spend 6-10hs studying on GTO+. Also to upload at least biweekly on this thread, both graphs and uploads as well as interesting hands and ideas.
Nice red line, gl mate
Thank you verly much for the support
This should be the last update until Sunday, unless something remarkable happens. The last 2 days have been the most vicious I have ever seen, I had 7 separate occasions where I had 97% EQ in the flop or turn and got runner runnered and fucked. It has been insane and by no means I intend to allow this to affect my progress but I think it should be mentioned.
I have played around 2k more hands in PS and ACR the last 2 days, im currently in profit by a thin margin and couldnt be more proud of that, not because of some specific play, but because my mental game has been something I have been working on and always struggled. I have been able to play for hours through the most unimaginable bad varience I have seen, and not only not punt off 2 stacks but also recover the losses playing decently.
Of course I have been tilted and made one or two not too smart moves but its getting significantly better compared to how it was.
Tomorrow and Saturday will be moving most my volume to GG to capitalize of the extra promos as well as the influx of recs on weekends.
Regarding the goals I am still on track, have studied a couple of hours, had a sweat and reviewed some hands, the last 3k hands I expect will be finished early Sat so im confident that before the weeknd ends I will have 10k hands played.
Sorry for the extra rambling, I will leave here the graph of the week as well as the one of the challenge so far. Any criticism and suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Something doesn't seem right with your BTN$. What's your rfi/vpip/3b stats?
Could just be sample size and you've been getting unlucky but generally should be your biggest winning position
small sample size but I'd say you need to be stealing from the BTN more often, like 50%, and cbetting more. Use your HUD to spot the nits in the blinds that you can auto-profit from

Will take that into account and try to exploit more the blinds with wider opens, thank you very much.
This should be the summary of the week and challenge so far. I would say Im running bad but at least the EV is steadily rising, I would love to be able to spend some of that imaginary money somewhere but it seems not possible.
Im feeling rather comfortable in 5nl, I think I have the tools to beat the stake but I still have to fine tune my agression because I find myself getting hero called in some non standard spots, some I know happens because people are retarded, others because Im likely making mistakes and some regs are able to adjust.
The study part has been great, I find it entretaining to sit through a sim and try to figure out why things are happening. It also has helped me to exploit and more importantly understand the game better overall. I have a library of sims and I am starting to play there a hundred hands or so to warm up and seems like a great addition to my routine.
Down here will leave all the graphs and will be more than happy to answer anything or provide extra info on anything.

Great to see your progress and those clear goals for moving up to 25nl! Your stats look promising with a solid EV BB/100, and the chart shows some nice upward trends despite the downswings. Sticking to your rules, especially the BI and session discipline, should set you up well. Maybe consider reviewing those coolers to spot any patterns could help refine your strategy. Good lu
Thank you for the support, Its awesome to see people engaging with the thread and being a part of this process.
This week has been hell. I havent made a single hand all week and its getting tiring, yesterday and today were the highlight of the disaster, played a total of 4.5k hands on 5nl on PS and ACR and got decimated. People calling offsuit broadways in 4b pots and flopping straights, flopping sets with preflop mucks and also me not hitting even 15 sets in that many hands. That stuff got the worst of me but I did not stop playing. Today the day started and lost 8 buyins quite fast, got frustrated and took a break for an hour to go for a run and then headed right back to the tables for 4 more hours to destroy myself mentally even more, ended up making it all back and couldnt be prouder of my resisilience, after almost 9 hours of play this is the graph of today:

Its time for another recap, this week has been swingy AF and very challenging mentally, exams are coming up in med school and also some other stuff has been going on but the grind times have been respected and the goals of the week have been accomplished luckily.
The first part of the week has hell, never runned so bad, constantly flopping or turning the better hand but getting rivered the nuts. However we could recover and by Friday was break even, this last 3 days have been intense regarding playing time and tried out a different approach of playing in modules of 2hs or so 2 or 3 times a day. I worked out great and helped to avoid burning out or getting overly tilted.
Changed the modality to zoom games primarily to up the volume and because reg tables are boring as fuck, looking for the biggest whale to farm money is not as entertaining nor rewarding as facing different opponents every hand and slightly better opposition.
It went spectaculary well, I amounted around 12hs of play the last 2 days and profited quite a lot.
The plan is to keep up the agression, study and learn more and focus more on applying it in practice, also exploiting the recs better which is my biggest leak.
I intend to have at least 3 sweat and study sessions, play 10k hands and exploit further the population.
Here there are the graphs of the week:

Long time no see to this thread, left it because of the final exams and never looked back since the next time I thought of It I was a week away of shottaking 25nl, mainly playing on GG and some on PS. Unlyckyly it went like **** and got raped at 25nl, lost 4 BI and moved back down and since then I have been running like dirt, to be more specific 30 BI below EV, something I never even thought could be possible, had to move back down to 5nl and still there the bad run has been unstoppable.
Decided to revive this thread to document the comeback, the study has been on point, at least 2hs a day up to 6hs on weeknds and grinding as much as I can. I feel my game is the best It has ever been so im taking a more aggro BR management, playing mixed stakes and studying like a maniac. I have never wanted It so bad.
The new plan is to shottake a new stake with 25-30 BI play mixed stakes and if I drop 5 BI move down until recovering. The schedule is inmaculate, 1hr of studying before play, 2-4hr session, review some hands or rest, maybe a 1-3hr extra play session or some studying and then repeat. Also have a study partner which has been of great support through all of this and has been motivating me, with him im studying 2-3 times a week for arounf 16hs weekly.

Will upload twice a week and on any relevant days.
GL to yall and good grind.
