Villains VPIP and PFR are 30/20. I've one note about him. He made a fairly loose calldown earlier, where he called my cold4bet in BU vs SB vs BB configuration with 87s OOP and check-called flop and turn (allin) with just middlepair. Although this was a passive action, I assume that he is capable of over bluffing in this hand. There could be a lot of overcard holdings (AK, AQ, KQ, AJ, KJ, QJ), so I decided to call him OTR. Is this reasonable?

I don't think you're supposed to call the river

River call is flushing money down the toilet.....at least for me.

You 3bet size in not optimal. You want them to play as many pot as possible out of position with the widest range possible. Playing 3bet pot in position vs fish having a wide range is the most profitable situation. When you go 9BB you make them fold their ATo and A7s they will (maybe) happily call vs 7.5BB. Heads-up with a big stack-to-pot ratio with a range disadvantage is the most painful situation in the game.

When I 3bet 7.5BB I will bet this flop for a very big size with a lot of holdings. A5s qualifies because either they incorrectly fold AQs with backdoor flush draw or they call it but we are ahead and we can cooler them. But checking is also OK most likely. Their sizing on the turn is weird, they should bet small, I would fold turn.
