I personally dgaf as I am from a region that cannot play there anyway but if you want this fixed then you and everyone else playing can help solve it by banding together and contacting them with, first the complaint, second the proposed remedies and third an ultimatum that you refuse to play in such games.

It is important that you follow through with part 3 should they not remedy the situation. You also need to know that poker sites support network are not hosted by people as intelligent as you may think or expect. I once interacted with someone who didn't know what RTA was.

I hope they do solve it for ye but given their years old reputation, well if you keep playing they will keep the status quo.

I just read the last few posts about cheaters.. 100% there is cheating, stupid site puts all the max late reg players at the same table and of course that benefits the cheater who has multiple accounts on the same table, sharing cards, chip dumping and avoid busting each other, at least trying to cash most of their accounts.

I'm surprised nobody mentioned this, but the most profitable tourney for cheaters is the THOUSANDAIRE tourneys which runs twice a day. They don't do that max late reg crap, they just try to get chips early with multiple accounts and when it is late in the tourney, they allow their shortstack account to double up from one of their bigger stack accounts AND a lot of the time, there isn't even a showdown, no cards are shown.

I was so suspicious, I looked at a lot of the hand history 24 hours later when I can see the hole cards.. I did my investigation and wrote down several SUS plays, where it is obvious to any decent poker player that they are chip dumping to the shorter stack and gunning for players like me who are not part of their crew. There was 14 players left,.9 gets paid $1000 each and there was at least FOUR of them at my SEVEN handed table.. i was decent in chips but they kept allowing the shortstack to survive, like, how is it even possible win unless I pick up good cards and win my allins. I eventually end up losing out of the money, furious that i felt I got cheated and did my investigation the next day.

I felt weight lifted off my shoulders when I had confirmation I was cheated and notified moderators on forum and gave hand history on several suspicious plays. Told them this is definitely the best tourney for the cheaters to play. Imagine you have several accounts, and top 9 pays 1k each and 4 or 5 of your accounts wins that EVERYTIME??!! it's not even like a real tourney where you need to get a lot of chips to win, you just need to not let your shortstacks bust. These THOUSANDAIRE tourneys used to not meet the required players to start plenty of times, but at least past few months, it starts EVERYTIME! Twice a day... these cheaters are basically printing money, stealing money from honest poker players..

Imagine how much money they are making from this THOUSANDAIRE "grind", If this is one person, they're definitely millionaire by now, imagine making 10k a day from multi accounting these tourneys, what a ****en life, constantly cashing out crypto too, so ****en jealous.. I messaged moderators and ask them please end these cheaters and basically begged them not only credit me with the 1k I was cheated BUT to gift me most of the cheaters bankroll for my investigation, I was so optimistic.. But this has been over 1 month now and basically don't give a **** or are too stupid to see cheating OR it might just be them doing the cheating.. I stopped playing the THOUSANDAIRES ever since then, basically impossible to cash unless u run really good, because basically u are playing against players who are sharing cards and chip dumping to shortstacks and gunning for u.

I forgot to mention when I am in the hand, they would start limping because or course 4 hands are better than 1 to win the pot, ****'s insane... The most obvious cheating hand that i shared with them was of course the shortstack surviving an allin.. On the river, the shortstack pushes allin for NOT MUCH MORE, small amount compared to the pot AND VERY affordable to the bigger stack and the bigger stack folded a FLUSH, two clubs in his hand, 3 on the board, if that isn't blatant cheating.. It's sad that there isn't anything we can do, no DNegs or anybody.. This is basically more blatant than the J4 Robbi hand..

If anyone is ever able to address these stuff to someone who can actually do something, it would be cool, i'll share the hand histories but as of right now, it's pretty much useless.. Wish I can play on GG poker, that site seems like best option for online..

I agree that, by this AI definition, the site is complicit. However, I doubt very much that the players are in-house bots.

The site states that the stallers and colluders are doing something that is "technically within the rules", even though it is clear the rules were written before they foresaw what might happen and is now happening. They were written originally with the all-important result for them that they would maximise rake, and minimise any potential loss of rake, in providing such games for their customers.

The argument you should be having with them is that they should now consider changing the rules to benefit the normal players and penalise the teams that are obviously exploiting those current rules in, at least, an immoral manner, and by providing them with a few suggestions as to how they could do this in a reasonable and fair-to-all way.

If they don't do this, you should be explaining to them that they will certainly lose the potential rake from their normal regular customers, who will undoubtedly stop playing the games as full knowledge of the exploitation spreads, presumably fairly quickly, throughout their customer base.

Who are you talking to? I don't think we can search YOUR hand histories, but I believe you. I don't think these support really play poker and don't see these hands as "cheating" Most likely these cheaters are playing different accounts all on different IP addresses, I imagine that would be very doable for people who are knowledgable in that stuff.. They getting away with all these cheating, don't that make you wanna cheat too? We are all doing it wrong by being honest poker players.

There's definitely cheating and collusion going on but let's not see monsters under the bed. Some people don't know ranges. Some players are superstitious. Some people time out. Some people want to mincash and will play super tight.

Why don't you open your own thread and share all the shady HHs, recordings of your calls with support and conversations with Grok, along with any other information that can help unveil this unscrupulous criminal network?

when you get placed on the stalling colluding table youll know, its always the highest numbers in consecutive order and they all abuse the time bank

after that tourney ends, check the HH, there will be hilarious hands where they try super hard to keep the shortstack alive

My goodness Bovada has become a cesspool and it sounds like they pay you minimum wage because you suck at your job. A smart, well-paid employee that is benefiting from the scam would attempt to do a better job to keep the cheating (by bovada) covered up.

For the record, I quit Bovada 6 months ago because figured out that the bosses at bovada DGAF.

Yeah its unfortunate because Bodog was a good site. We have two choices: (1) Play with the knowledge your being cheated or (2) not play.

Anyone that has read this thread knows there are bots and teams of colluders (and likely colluding bots) that are rampant on this site. If you continue to play, then you must just come to terms with that. Whether that is because you think you have an edge on the bots or you don't have any other options and you still want to play poker.

Bodog was my main site since 2007, and pretty much my only site from 2011 - early 2025. I knew I was being cheated by maybe December 2022 - but I still had a 9/bb win rate and accepted it. The cheating got worse, the games got worse, and my win rate compressed each year. Then WPT Gold came around and I realized what online poker is like playing against real people (and very very bad people) and decided I am never coming back and took the rest of my roll off. It took me a long time to finally pull the plug.

I was kind of hoping once Patrick Howard called them out and said he spoke with the security team that they would finally do something. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and gave them some time to try and clean up the games. The games have only gotten worse and it's not worth it to keep playing (better things to do then grind it out with bots) and I also don't want to give the site any more rake if they refuse to even attempt to provide security.

I’ve been playing at Bovada for 15 years and it can still be beaten if you are a decent player despite allegations of Bots, Colluding, etc. etc. etc..

You seem like the type of player that can only win at Bovada, Im not saying this is concrete evidence, in just one sitting I can post countless hands of suspicious plays in which I never experience on other websites just not bothered to post everything. For a player to play on bovada and call it allegations instead of collusion is really worrysome.

Always expect 2 colluding bots per table.

I actually have a higher win rate against bots. It just requires a different approach to the games—most people aren’t willing to put in the effort to adjust. It’s not about traditional study anymore, and I get why that bothers some players. They say it’s not “real” poker anymore, blah blah blah... Well, what can I say? Money is money.
