New fast food discussion/review thread
OK OOT, it's been a while since we had a devoted fast food thread around here and I think it's time we had a new one.

Looking at that QPC, I'm curious as to the thought process that took place.
1) oh no the burger patty split in half. i cannot throw it away for some reason
1.5) look, this a-hole is redeeming his rewards for a free QPC. It's free, who GAF
2) The heel was toasted. put the heel in the box, toss in the split patty on the left side, not even in the middle, dont bother to un-split it
3) slap a slice of cheese on the beyotch, toss onions, done. note how the left cheese on the patty is melted
4) pile 4-5 pickles roughly on top of each other
To be fair I ate the entire thing but I may have had some appetite enhancers; I was just burning points anyways.
EDIT: What will the value of the coupons be, and will it only be redeemable at this particular location an hour from my house.
I'm guessing one free any burger at the minimum. That's what I got for sending a kudos email to a different MCDs.
Also, thanks BK for emailing me that I have 14 points expiring. That's like under a penny's worth of points. F OFF BK seriously, your deals have been stale forever

My main order, my trusty $7 daily double meal modified, met expectations. For some reason a f**&up handled the QPC

That looks like halves; not quarters. Clearly false advertising.
The person who fixed that monstrosity must want a customer to take a shot at whoever was working the drive-thru.
Jimmy John's Sicilian Pizza sub is amazing, but very messy. Had to take my shirt off for this one but worth it.

That's what they give out when orders get royally screwed up afaik. I'd consider it very good fortune if you received two of those.
I would've said to corporate that "This experience was so disheartening and disappointing that I feel I may never enter another McDonald's again. I also feel the urge to tell everyone on my social media accounts to stop frequenting McDonald's as well. Please make this right, so that I no longer feel this way towards what was once a true great fast food establishment."

Ooh, Ima copy that. sending complaints to corporate is a great idea. My local Mickey's stopped doing receipt surveys years ago. They probably got so many bad reviews that there was no point in the surveys.

My wife hates mayo and so just deletes mayo and adds BBQ sauce.

No. It's just bbq sauce on a below average chicken sandwich.
Always seems like a McChicken is like half mayo half chicken. If one doesn't like mayo I can't understand ever ordering one. I guess if you get one free the bbq sauce idea is ok but if you have any other choice as a non mayo eater I'd definitely go for anything else on the menu.

No, but I did recently try the new Special Edition Gold Deluxe McCrispy, and thought it was really good.
I don’t know if the choices vary by location but why would anyone ever get anything but the cheesy Gordita crunch as their Taco Bell reward item?
Also, a chick fil a opened near me (nearer I guess since there are 3 relatively close) and it has to be the most generous chick fil a ever, every week in my app the operator sends a reward, and not like shitty ones, chick sandwiches, tenders, nuggets, this week it is a chicken biscuit, makes me feel appreciated
