Kirk getting killed and the tsunami of leftist celebrating it is a window in to how dark and dangerous this is

It’s just a dumb argument. If someone thinks DEI is necessary for qualified black candidates to be considered, then by definition they think they are actually getting their fair consideration and not having standards lowered. But Kirk wants to say they were admitting to being neurologically inferior, which is false. It takes a 3rd grader to see why it’s a dumb argument.

I have t read the article she’s quoting from or the original study but if it says white doctors lose 1 out of 100 and black 1 out of 200 it seems like a standard Supreme Court math mistake. Definitely think Robert’s or Alito could do something like that. With Roberts I think it’s pretty much certain.

It seems like a lot of these political assassins are working under a kind of Archduke Ferdinand delusion. In their minds it becomes the spark that will somehow set off a sweeping political transformation and that they’re the agent destined to make it happen.

You're not pointing out his flaws. You are slandering and trying to label him a racist because it upsets you that A LOT people have sympathy for someone being murdered that is your political enemy.
Calling someone racist isn't slander else all those BLMers would be in debtors prison for eternity. It's protected speech.
But what if he anonymously posted that on this board and then got doxed? Doesn't seem right he should get discipled.

I would not presume any woman or minority lawyer would be able to do 5th grade math until they demonstrated they could. Whether they would admit it or not in polite society, most people probably feel this way. An unfortunate byproduct of decades of affirmative action.
That being said, whether or not Jackson can do 5th grade math (I have seen nothing to suggest she can), she is completely capable of doing the job she was put in place to do, which is be a far left activist judge completely indifferent to The Constitution.
