Running an Online Casino - Poker/Slots/Roulette – Ask Me Anything
I manage a licensed online casino in Eastern Europe with poker, slots, and roulette. I want to share my experience as an entrepreneur in the online gambling industry. Iβll answer questions about the business side, not about playing. Feel free to ask anything

1. Yes
2. At the moment, we operate under a CuraΓ§ao license. Itβs not particularly well-regarded in our local market, so for us it was more of a starting point. As the project has begun to show solid results, weβre now exploring local licensing options, which are significantly more expensive compared to CuraΓ§ao. As for pricing, the general ranges are publicly available online and fairly representative of the market. In terms of timing, we worked with an intermediary, which allowed us to complete the process in roughly one month.
3. The basic package cost us around β¬40,000 at the time. But like any other project it has continued to require additional investment as weβve grown. We see strong long-term potential, so weβre continuing to invest rather than slowing down
How do you handle security? Seems like the biggest risk from the business side.
I used to work with legalized marijuana dispensaries here in the states a few years ago, and that was always the biggest concern since banks wouldn't touch us, we had to have cash vaults. They got robbed repeatedly, but from the numbers side, it was just the cost of doing business.
Do you take a similar approach and price in that you will get robbed eventually, or do you throw a lot of money at the problem and hope that fixes things?
I used to wonder how slot RTPs and volatility actually played out in real money until I started testing games reviewed on mega888reviews.com. It gave me a rough idea which ones leaned more towards bonus-heavy or base-game wins. Obviously, it's still gambling, but reading through some honest breakdowns helped me set more realistic expectations before spinning.
What is the sites name? for gods sake x)
An interesting topic.
How is revenue distributed between poker, slots and roulette?
What is the biggest problem for operators today: regulators, payment systems or competition?
This made me laugh today! It's not gambling who steals, it's the broken government! It's rampant here in our country!
