TPTK minnows are swarming
1/3 NLHE 8 handed
Game is a mix of loose passives, one TAG, one nit, kind of a mixed barrel. My room is not as soft as some deep 1/3 games like LA or Texas and can swing wildly between very nitty and very loose aggressive. Right now it's fairly loose passive but no droolers. 20$ open goes 3 ways pre.
BB - Unknown white guy has been very basic, weak tight pre, face up post, but very low VPIP. Just called a 3-bet earlier with QQ. Has been seen limp calling AQo pre. 240$ (eff).
UTG - French sfwd weak tight. Plays two card game. Betting range is VERY nutted. 600$.
LJ - Hero. Handsome devil. 700$.
HJ - Venezuelan unknown. Have maybe seen him once. Clear from his table talk he has no idea what he's doing/can't read the board (saying he missed a FD when there was no FD). His stack is yo-yo-ing on these huge pots he's played where he has no place even being in there. Like 56s calls pre K-9-5 calls a huge bet MW on this flop, and rivers trips or something. We've also seen him call my EP open next to act with KK, and then backraise 4-bet jam pre and stack someone who 3-bet squeezed IP with AK, (I had AJs and folded). VPIP about 75%. Raising range is the nuts. 560$.
BTN - Asian stabby fish woman. Has been on a heater. VPIP 95%. Says 53o is her favourite hand and has won with it 3 times now. Opens to 11$ at high frequency (A5o, JTo, 22 we've seen), folds her trash to aggression but still continues with top pair. Will go to the mats with an overpair. Stabs a ton when checked to. Covers.

UTG limps, H in LJ to 15 with A♥ K♦, HJ calls 15, BTN calls 15, BB to 50, UTG folds, we ponder folding calling or raising and decide to call (?), HJ calls, BTN calls. 4-ways 2nd to act 3-bet pot.
Flop 200 - A♦ 3♥ 2♥
BB shoves 190, we look behind us to get HJ and BTN vibe and decide to call 190, HJ calls 190, BTN folds, HU OOP on the side.
Turn 770 (320 behind OTS) - 6♣
H bets 100, HJ calls
River 770 Main 200 Side 220 back OTS - 7♠
H AI for 220....

I have no idea what these mean.
PRE - I'd have raised bigger, to at least $20, if not $25, in this game.
FLOP - I probably just re-jam, but flatting is also fine.
TURN - if HJ is as sticky as you say, just jam.
RIVER - better late than never with that jam. Sorry you lost to whatever BS hand he had.
Shove turn. Can't bet 13% pot, even into a dry side pot, and let him possibly draw cheap.
Doc is right, raise $25 pre-flop with AKo
Thin the field & itβs ok if everyone folds.
Deuce is right, shove the turn - no reason to let flush draw hang around.
But actually itβs a fold from your description of the BB - this guyβs not bluffing with a shove. Doesnβt sound like a candidate to shove a flush draw - guessing 2Pair+
Love Hero description, lol.
I overlimp the LJ preflop as per my style.
Think we should strongly be considering a nitty preflop fold versus this guy's 3bet, no? And knowing that a flat will bring in everyone else behind us, really not liking the setup of that either (small SPR where we'll likely just flop one pear and meanwhile everyone else can make nutty hands for cheap and then what do we do).
I'm guessing we can't do anything else but just call the flop? Although I'm also not quite seeing how we fold at any point later given lol stacks behind, so perhaps a shove is best now? Although we block the number one draw that we fear.
With only a 1/2 PSB and a main draw busting, I don't see how we just don't sigh shove here and live with results?
I don't get to the river like this, but also shoving.

Bigger pre. The only reason to go $15 is because you want to 4bet, which you chose not to do for some reason?
I probably go ahead and shove the flop, but if I flat, I shove the turn.

I don't mind flatting to bring along the sticky fish and then playing fit-or-fold. We have to hope BB has JJ or QQ in range and play that way, otherwise fold pre and honestly still don't hate that versus described V. 4b will just isolate against AA/KK.
Flop is an icky spot since we have such a good price with sticky fish behind, and I honestly don't hate the way it was played versus these villains although just shoving the turn seems fine. The odds probably support BB having AK instead of the lone AA combo (especially with two open AKs), which is also good for us.
BB has AA, so get everyone else's money in to win the side pot.

Spoiler
HJ folds river saying he had 55, BB has JJ and we scoop.
