I’m done with 888poker / Evoke plc. This company is holding my $244.69 hostage since 25/08/2025.

I’ve completed all KYC verification steps. I’ve contacted support multiple times, and they continue to ignore me, give excuses, and make empty promises.

This is not a delay – this is theft. A poker site claiming to be “trustworthy” is deliberately refusing to pay a legitimate withdrawal. They are holding my money without explanation.

I’m calling on this community: has anyone faced the same outrageous behavior from 888poker? What’s the fastest way to force them to release my funds?

Screenshots of all correspondence are ready. This behavior is completely unacceptable, unethical, and unprofessional. I will not let 888poker get away with this.

If you read the last two or three hundred posts (perhaps more) in the [888poker] (ROW) Official Players' Thread in the OPS forum you'll see numerous players complaining about the "service" they have received from 888poker. Their Rep always sends the complaints to the relevant departments, and you'll see that many players have been helped by that method; though not necessarily immediately, from memory.

I'd guess that they are under-staffed for the numbers of complaints and queries they most probably receive, in which case delays are inevitable. Perhaps the agents they do have aren't allowed to make what the players might think would be sensible decisions, if there are even any minor mistakes or problems encountered during the processing, where asking for information they require, repeatedly, without explanation, appears to be their go-to response?

I don't think they are dishonest, just simply incompetent for one reason or another, and whilst it is incredibly frustrating for their customers, extreme patience is usually rewarded with the result that their honest customers should have expected long before they were.

Here's hoping you receive your money soon.


As it has been almost 2 months since the request, I have done everything in my power and now I am going after the authorities in Malta and other bodies, the site simply does not want to pay.



Regarding the Club GG poker platform, I found that a club tournament is very easy to win cash.
