This is the new (as of August 2016) discussion thread for the Chico Network. Decided to put this together since we had a
Thought Chico was running some kind of special event or something but they just changed a few tournament name colors on the lobby to blue lmao. They doing the half price showdown but that's a monthly thing now anyways.
received that last week. (i created the account aswell last week on Sportsbetting.ag) i deposited, redeposited, won a little bit and then they locked my account.
When they ask about relationships, they wrote my username (PorFav0r) there lol and never heard of Naifarro, my pokertracker counted that i played 10 hands with Naifaro from over 1.5k hands. so yeah. very strange. anybody had something similiar?
I obviously already send in everything, but still bit worried. 1k balance on there.
A little over 2 months ago, my Tiger Gaming account was blocked. They never gave me any explanation as to why, and every time I contacted them, they said that my account was under review. while the new "8-Bomb" SNG format sucks I should point out the "Win Nothing" promotion they've got going on is pretty good. basically if you fail to cash in 8 SNGs of any one type you get a ticket for an entry into another one. assuming you cash 37.5% that's basically 13-14 you need to play to get a free ticket. I wonder if it was intended that way, since the promo itself kinda reads like you have to lose 8 in a row.
Is it possible to transfer or otherwise cash out tournament tickets? Depending on what promo Chico is running this month, I'll sometimes win tournament entries, which are useless to me because I don't play tournaments, only play Omaha, and rarely have a full day to set aside to play.
Tournaments with a solid structure, such as:
109 $ at 06:30 GMT+3
55 $ PKO at 07:30 GMT+3
have been removed from the schedule, and it's unclear why these changes were made.
Is anyone else having difficulty logging in to sportsbetting right now? The website is down as well.
I've been waiting since 5am other than going to bed and just got up. Betonline still have maintenance going on and I've emailed support.

ive received that email 6 days ago.
In the email they stated 36h for review poker game action, which i believe comes because i was crushing the games and won a decent amount (playing plo100-plo200 4c5c6c).
ive talked with a rep 4 days ago, and he told me: No worries, all fine, he gave me an exact time when withdrawals will be available again for me and that they will go through no matter what.
Its 6 days ago now, and im talking with the customer support everyday in the chat. once they unlocked my withdrawals and i was able to request, just to have it declined again and im not even able to access withdrawal section ( playing and depositing no problem, so idk wtf is that about)
in another email they told me i should call in, what i did, after waiting 30 min they picked up, i told them i got an email pls forward me to this extension. let me wait 5 min again, just to tell me that i dont have to call in and should wait.
they give me no reason or whatsoever.

its annoying af as im also kinda depending on that money, and it just gives me headache to deal with that. yes ofc patience is needed here, but still............. on no other site something similiar like this happend. its an rollercoaster with up and downs.
+ im also a high volume customer who is approximately rakeing 1k per month, i hope they will change how they treat their customers. i mean i do understand and im happy about security measurements, but i think this could be processed a little bit faster than that.

Chico has temporarily closed my Sportsbetting account for a "routine" check up on my documents that prove my identity.
The problem is that I have moved twice since I opened the account. So my Driver's license matches my Sportsbetting account, because I haven't got around to updating my Driver's license. And my bills don't match up with my Sportsbetting account address because I never got around to updating my sportsbetting address when I was moving around. Anybody have any experience in dealing with chico while having this problem? Any advice before I start sending pics or talking to them ? Thanks in advance.
Can anyone explain the point of Tourney money? I've had this little bit in my account forever, but I primarily just donk around in cash games so I didn't care much about it. I made the silly assumption that it was like how T$ used to be on Stars where I could just use it for any tournament to cover the full buyin or partial buyin and use cash for the rest, but it seems that like some tournaments accept tourney money but not all. And at first I thought maybe it was just the random satellites but scrolling through more and it's some satellites and some PKOs but not all PKOs. Really, what's the point then?

If you go to the website click poker then promotions....... I see a rakeback program starting on Nov. 28th, wondering if that is permanent. Its under Poker Loyalty and Rewards

If you go into filter and uncheck Cash and Ticket it seems every tournament remaining in the list allows you to buy in with tourney money. Same for sngs.
my laptop and desktop strangely have 2 different looking tables. laptop which i just bought is huge icons completely engulfing the cards which look tiny and square looking tables. i was like oh they changed the software cause i hadn't played in a few days but going back to my desktop it's the usual software. tiny icons to the left of the players name and rectangle tables. i much prefer tiny icon /rectangle tables. former is almost unusable. it's showing as the same software update so I don't think it's that. I don't see the option to switch it. anyone else?

Bottom of the lobby there is a settings icon, then hit more options, then themes, then hit the arrow to change the table
I caught it before it was taken down. I don't remember all of the details, but it was based on VIP Rewards level with bronze at 10%, silver at 12.5% and went up from there. I do remember it specifically said that poker rake still won't count toward VIP level.
