Full ppr league
Got offered Kyren Williams for c brown and wr QJ on chargers

Here is my starting lineup
Qb: fields
Rb: Taylor
Rb: bijon
Wr:QJ
Wr:Sutton
Te: T Hockenson
1 flex: c brown, t mcmillan, t Mclaurin, r rice, j Jennings, m evans

Would make that trade ?
Other team has players I like
Kyren Williams
R odunze
J Warren
M Harrison jr
D Henry
Collins
Pickens

Don’t really think you are in a position to trade QJ with all your injuries at WR. I think he’s legit and a top 15 wr ROS. I also would not want to trade for kyren right now, his snap count and touches have been decreasing each week as they get corum more involved. Maybe counter QJ/brown for odunze

by feel wrath

Am being offered Ashton Jeanty and Emeka Ebuka for CeeDee Lamb and Kenneth Walker

PPR

I also have J Taylor and CMac and Aaron Jones

Other WRs are Diggs Jennings (SF) and Davante Adams

Would you do?

What is your record and what are starting requirements? Do you only have two healthy WRs on your entire roster?

You 100% should take this.

Jeanty >>> Walker
Lamb > Ebuka obv

(Of course there 100% are non-longshot paths for Ebuka to beat Lamb and KW to beat Jeanty.)

You do this because Walker is at best your flex every week and you will 100% start Ebuka every week (even if Lamb comes back soon) -- if not as your WR2 (behind Adams) Ebuka in your flex is better than Walker in your flex.

(assuming 2RB/2WR/1FLX...if 2RB/3WR/1FLX, then snap call this trade).

Im 1-3

I Just got offered Egbuka for Rice or J DanielÂ’s qb

Would you take this trade even doh I have evans on my team

And if I take the trade today will it be executed in time for sundays game?

I’m not sure I would do this… would need to be at risk of missing the playoffs.

It’s a completely even trade but I generally prefer having the best player in a trade and CD is pretty clearly the best player in this trade. If you can withstand the weeks w him out, I’d keep CD. If not then go ahead and make the trade

This isn’t a snap in either direction

I think I'd have my arrows opposite.

Lamb >>> Egbuka
Jeanty > KW

I'm not sure Jeanty is that far ahead of KW. They're both getting 20 touches per game. Obviously Charbs playing over KW inside the 10 is a problem, but there's also no guarantee that remains for the whole season. Jeanty still wins there, since we know he'll definitely have the inside the 10 work. I prefer KW's offensive environment over Jeanty's. And KW doesn't necessarily need inside the 10 work to score TDs.

Once Lamb is back, I'd put him pretty far ahead of Egbuka. But there's uncertainty with when Lamb returns, if it takes a little bit to return to form, sit out risk as the season goes along since Dallas won't be competing for the playoffs, etc.

So I think the decision is, how badly does Wrath need another starting WR now versus if he can wait on Lamb's return? Definitely need more info about current record, starting lineup, total rostered WRs, etc.

Speaking of Jeanty, thinking of offering him for Rice in my 8 man league. I think Rice is upgrades my current best starting lineup, but I also like the depth I have at RB and still have a bunch of strong WRs to start.

Start 2RB/3WR/Flex, PPR

I have:

Gibbs, Bucky, Jeanty, Judkins, Woody, Harvey

Rome, Pickens, QJ, Tet, Egbuka, Jauan

He has:

Achane, JT, JCM, Chubb, Demercado

JJ, Chase (traded for), Adams, Waddle, Rice, Pittman

Why do you have 3 QBs? Haha

I think I'd do it for Jayden, then play matchups with Goff/Love. Even though you are 1-3, I'd try your best to hold Rice, even though you are 1-3. If you want to move him, I'd be looking for RB and not WR.

Pretty much agree with everything tarheels said and don’t think it’s a snap accept. I think if he’s 0-4 or 1-3 and need help ASAP, he should maybe take it. Otherwise, I would just wait for lamb to get healthy. I think egbuka’s target share will drop now that Godwin is back and Evan’s and mcmillian will be back soon. The gap between him and lamb is significant, lamb is only behind puka once healthy.

Also, raiders just lost their starting tackle and they already had a pretty bad o line

I picked up Goff and Love past two weeks with Jayden out, so your saying I keep rice and give up Jayden and then roll with Love and Goff rest of the way based on match ups?

I think Walker is the goal line back but sat out the one goal line drive cause of his stupid penalty

I think it was more than just that drive. I'm pretty sure Charbs has had 100%, or close to 100%, of the inside the 10 work when they've both been active. I could be misremembering what I heard, though.

After looking at it more, I think you might need to be targeting RBs instead. You're in a tough spot starting Shaheed this week, and Egbuka would certainly help you this week. You can't really afford a loss this week. But a core of Deebo, Rice, Odunze, Evans, Pearsall is pretty strong when they're all available.

You can likely play Rachaad this week, but your RB2 situation is really rough too, since I don't think expect things to get any better for Pollard or Brown and Mondre is in a 3 man committee.

But if you want Egbuka, I'd certainly move Jayden instead of Rice.

I got in a spot where Chase and Hurts fell way past ADP in a BR

So in a spot I was going to scroll down at both qb/wr, I went with them

Is getting unique through ADP fallers the same as getting unique through scrolling down? Or does it not work that way

Here’s the team

In theory, uniqueness through ADP fallers can be a way. But that ADP uniqueness is only as good as the ADP of your other picks. You have to be careful of inversing and falling into the trap of thinking you have an ADP value.

I.e. if you pick someone at pick 10 with an ADP of 15 but then have an ADP faller available at 15 with an ADP of 10, then that's not really an ADP faller from a combo standpoint. From a uniqueness standpoint in this example, you'd be better off picking someone with an ADP of 16 at 15 and having ADPs of 15/16 on the same team.

Obviously if you pick someone with an ADP of 9 at 10 then have someone with an ADP of 10 available at 15, that would probably be a relatively unique combo.

I think ADP value uniqueness is better in the first 3 rounds than the last 3 rounds. Especially since as the draft goes, part of the reason players with draftable ADPs fall is because of roster limits. ADP can mostly be a mirage and is more useful in estimating percentage drafted, especially for your last 2-3 picks.

I also think you still need to consider your roster. Saquon and Hurts are relatively negatively correlated from a ceiling standpoint.

For anyone firing decent weekly volume, The Solver from ETR recently made some updates that are really useful. $34.99/month, so not too bad. I subscribed yesterday, and even after a few drafts, it's really nice to have. Especially compared to my manual spreadsheet tracker haha.

There is a pretty good reason Chase and Hurts fell way past ADP. Chase is in a good spot this week but it's hard to think he will have the big game you need. His normal ceiling has been significantly lowered. The offensive line is terrible and Browning is not able to overcome this. I do think Barkley is a sneaky pick this week. the weakness of the Broncos D is their linebackers. I can see Philly using him as a receiver more in this game. The narrative in this game is an AJ Brown Squeaky wheel game coming. That will be tough though against PS2.

Don't forget about Bam Knight!!

Some interesting bidding action in mt guillotines this week. In one league Derek Henry went for $600! In another league I got him for $88 😀 In that league I was desperate for a RB. I put in a big bid for Taylor (350ish) and he went for 400ish. So I wanted Taylor but somehow got Henry with a token bid when my actual backup plan was a $25 overpay bid (which I got too) on Hunt just so I had a player because of byes and injuries.

Anothr guy used up his last $667 on Brock Bowers and that guy is the team slated to lose this week 😀 J. Chase went for 600 and the guy who blew his 1000 on Jefferson week 1 looks like his team is on the bubble now too.

My teams all have a decent chunk of FAAB left and I hope they make it through another week. They all look fairly solid.

I think this is how you want to attack ADP value in the UD games. It's a Wildcat. And even if Bowers doesn't play, I'm not giving up anything. Probably not great having both him and Jeanty, but I thought it was worth the shot. The bring backs just happened naturally.

Do you get to replace a guy if they don’t play ? Cause it sounds like Bowers isn’t going to play .

Yes, I can swap off of him. But with the way UD swaps work, I'll probably end up with mostly the same guy on each Bowers roster, so I don't want to chase it too hard.

Very similar setup as the above. But got value on Skattebo this time, then ended up with a different TE.

I'm pretty into Andrews this week. I'm almost full fading Henry. I've taken him once, 8 spots past ADP. I haven't picked Flowers yet, either.

Thoughts subject to change...

Just started looking at pricing for Sunday. Don't see how I'm not going back to the well on Ladd. Every WR within $300 is outperforming either their YPRR or Target Share from last year, while Ladd is the complete opposite. I just don't think that'll last and this seems like a pretty good buy low opportunity. He also has the highest ceiling in that range.

Then I see Deebo with a projected ownership of 30% and Ladd is at 19%. I expect them to change, but if those were the final numbers, then I'll take the discount on Ladd in a better matchup.

I assume Deebo is playing, but he’s DNP, DNP so far. I’ve been mixing both in. Ladd has to hit one of these weeks. He’s still at 7 targets/gm.

There are a lot of WRs I don’t really want to get to this week. Eagles, Sutton, MHJ, Flowers, etc.

I like Pittman, but need to see his practice report today. If he’s out, I’ll probably play some Downs and ADM.

Not sure I want to get to Jakobi, Godwin, Giants, Olave, etc.
