I have same issues with HH download. But more importantly, there has been a big drop in game traffic. Tables are barely filling up — sometimes you end up with 4 heads-up games, sometimes you sit at an open table for 30 minutes without being redirected to a full one, etc. Something went wrong after the latest updates.

bots and colluders have exhausted the plo1 and 2k. I also noticed very low traffic recently, well done to all the honest players for not playing admist all the cheating that is going on the site. Its so funny how every single time I play heads up a 3rd player joins shortly after.

Low traffic immediately after an update implies bot infestation, no?

100NL here and yes, very slim. I'm also wondering if some update purged bots. If that's the case, then you're telling me that it cleared what seems like over 50% of the player pool...all bots???

And the HHs download thing is super frustrating. I'm ready to move since the only reason I play on Iggy is for the ability for HHs analysis with hole cards.

I've gotten this several times over the past few months. No fix aside from just keep trying and after 20 minutes in randomly works. Support was useless.

Same. Tried emailing support and talking to live chat. No help. I asked both about resetting the download button (still within the 7 day window) and they responded with boilerplate gibberish.

All but weird, if bots take over a site. Humans either quit while ahead or continue to lose money until they quit. Surely botfarm can either be down for update/maintenance purposes or just random tech stuff. Maybe the russian village have been out of electricity? Could have getting ddosed or similar by competitors. This is kinda exactly how everyone would assume the end game would be.

traffic is down but it definitely feels like im playing against more humans.

They tweaked something on Bodog—traffic is dead. Every table opens 3-handed for the past week, and the worst part is I’m playing against bots instead of humans. The cure was worse than the disease. (I play NL500).

When I open tables, it gets stuck loading at 99%, there's lag, and it sends me to an empty one—then a bot sits down to play heads-up with me about 80% of the time.

I never complained about the bots because I always made money on this site, but I'm starting to suspect that now, if you're a regular, they block your access to the fish and force you to play with garbage traffic.

There's another issue too—sometimes a table glitches, someone leaves, and then no one else can sit down. The seat stays open until the table eventually dissolves.

Tables won't fill, HH won't download. CS repeats 'delete folder,' 're-install.'

Is something up or is this the standard lag in getting things resolved? It's been over a week since the update screwed up everything.

Yes. They are very slow to respond to poker issues.

Hi-Lo cash games still unavailable, I've been hitting the PLO hi only streets its OK but lacks that certain something the excitement of hitting an emergency low to get bailed out when your totally dominated is just priceless

I took the above steps of uninstalling, deleting folders, and reinstalling. I still can't download hh's. Has anyone else had any success fixing this issue?

I didn't do anything, I tried to download weekends HHs, doesn't download. Today, I login, still waiting download, but I found all files in the folders. so I don't know if its fixed or not. none of my HHs are missing from the files, just weird.

Sooooo, all of a sudden, after today's update, tables are full again? Not that I'm mad about it, but it just seems super weird.

I suspect the HH thing is on their end. They'll just deny it. Hopefully they are working on a fix.

I'm located in Brazil and rn the client doesn't start and the bodog.com site isn't loading properly, elements are missing and it is superslow

got disconnected while playing and now the client wont even start. GG all $500 in tourney buyins i was playing / regged.

Was playing 4 MTTs as fine as you can in this shitty software, then tried to open the lobby of a new one and it would open up like the image below (super std, happens all the time, just gotta close it and reopen 5-6 times until it works fine). I closed the client and re-opened it and it refused to connect, made me do the browser log in like 5 times, then it wouldn't load up the lobbies when I was finally in, then it was not displaying the schedule after I got in, the it was not displaying the left side where it shows your balance and your account info, etc. Uninstalled everything, reinstalled and more of the same ****.
Then tables would open and load until 59% and freeze, and then after I lost heaps of $EV is 'working' fine.

Not much point to this post, just had to rant. Funny how I said a couple days ago I accepted the software was a piece of **** and there was nothing to be done about it and now I get all triggered for this collection of errors, is just that is SO frustrating to dont know what the **** is going on and have to sit clicking the same buttons over and over again to no avail.
