anyone else having issues with tables freezing up for a few minutes, then your status is "sitting out" when it unfreezes? it's been like this all week. i don't know if it's bovada or my computer

It's Bovada, there's been lag spikes for a week or so now

Same here, it looks like disconnetion but it happens to only 1 or 2 tables while playing 4. The others just continue without any problem. Also, all players at the frozen table are sitting out.

I haven't played poker in years, but I decided to play some Zone NL25 for "fun".

I'm starting to wonder if I'm the worst player on the planet as it feels like I'm either getting coolered with 2nd boat against the one combo of nut boat or getting it all in preflop against a dominated hand 75bb deep and losing.

Please don't flame me for this - but something feels really off about these games.

never used the web client before, its actually not bad even for 4 tabling

There currently is a design flaw in the web client because they strangely didn't add a feature of the downloadable client. In the downloadable client, when you have a table open on the top it has icons for main lobby, setting, hand replayer, hand history, open similar table and cashier. On the web client the module for the "open similar client" is not there and therefore to open up a new table you literally have to cover up all the tables you currently have open to see the lobby. And I called this a strange omission because all of these modules were part of the last major update to the client years ago to make it more web and app friendly. Add this module to the web client and like you said it isn't that bad.

I can't believe how long this client issue has been going for.

I was getting around it by uninstalling and reinstalling - which would then allow you to login to the desktop client via the web browser.

But that was a one-time deal - and you had to do the uninstall/reinstall process every time.

Now that doesn't even work as the client forces an update as soon as you reinstall it which means you can't login via browser.

Anyone else got a fix for this?

worked for me this morning, delete the folder in app data, uninstall and reinstall and login via browser was there again

Ignition is lagging a lot today. Is anyone else experiencing this?

What everybody means that they can not log in or use the poker client? When you click log in via browser you can click open pokerclient or if its not shown you have to press F5 to refresh the loginpage so the option will pop up again.

Yep. It's terrible. I've experienced lagging at tables, inability to login at various times throughout the night, and other weird fail messages in the sportsbook. Get yo $hit together, Bovada!

I only play on bodog rarely but since a few weeks im unable to login via the desktop software. Always get the wrong pw error. Android works on 2 mobile devices (with the same pw).

I dont find the folders memtioned here on my pc... Where are they exactly?

Player traffic has been decreased drasticly after those updates. Seems people cant get in via the poker client or do not know how.

Lower traffic is also explainable as a bot infestation that can't connect to tables after the update.

I have no idea how to tell the difference though.
