General question about 3 betting

Lets say I 3b AdKhJhKc BU vs CO 100 bbs, and the CO is a maniac that plays 75/ 56. Should I be ok with over c betting even on boards that miss my 3 betting range( and with no blockers) like Jd 9c 6c IF the villain in this hand is only check raising me something like 5%? I know over c betting is exploitable, but what if I'm not getting exploited by some one that is going to fold air and continue with worse hands alot? It seems like this spot is printing money by someone if I only get x/r by 2 pairs or better.
