My bankroll disappeared from 888poker

Hello community, I want to share my case with 888poker. It turns out that a few months ago, 888poker stopped operating in my country, but I didn't receive any notification email. In September, after many months without playing, I tried to log in and a message appeared stating that access to my country was restricted. I decided to access the cashier to withdraw at least $375. To my surprise, the cashier showed $0.
I contacted support. They told me I had no balance and that the last transaction was $250 in 2023. If that's true, I withdrew that in 2023, but I still had almost $400 left. The last tournament I played was in January 2025, so it was impossible for me to not have any money after 2023. I hadn't played again due to lack of time.
Now, they haven't given me any answers about what happened to my money.
