How to deal with perma straddler on GGPoker?

Haven't played in a few years. Apparently now on GGPoker you can just permanently straddle, giving you the chance to act last pre-flop EVERY SINGLE HAND?

How is this fair?
The person on my direct right has it on as I'm typing this. Every time I'm SB/BB, I act 1st pre-flop ... This is hugely -EV for me not? It's also not great for my late position ranges.

How do I deal with this?
Is them putting the extra 2bb in the pot enough to offset the EV is lose from having to act first pre-flop EVERY hand?

It's not as bad if they're somewhere else on the table, but to your direct right makes it so unfair? How is this even allowed?
