Bump?

Sorry for the delayed update. Ended my Bellagio session after 6 hours when the table broke at 2:30am. I won $900, with about $500 of that coming in a hand where I rivered a full house. Villain didn’t show his hand, so it was possible I was ahead with 2 pair, but more than likely I needed that river boat to win.

So through Tuesday night, I had played 5 sessions for approximately 17 hours and was up about $400. I’ll take that all day after my $800 downswing from Venetian and Caesars.

Not sure how many of you follow basketball, but the Lakers Luka Doncic was in Bobby’s Room. Unfortunately there was no game for him to play and he eventually left after 20 minutes or so.

Will shortly write up my Wednesday sessions at Aria and MGM (still going at 6:30am on Thursday morning!).

That’s cool that Luka was there!

I hear Russell Westbrook is a big time PLO player.

I saw Richard Seymour in the Wynn poker room back in August. Excluding the obese, that might be the largest (not tallest) person I have ever seen.

Wouldn't want to put that guy on tilt.

Luka is a fun sighting.

Not quite an NBA player, but former UC Irvine center Mamadou N'Diaye (listed at 7'6") was walking on the sidewalk in front of me on the way to RW within the last year or two. People were stopping to turn around and stare at him after he'd pass them on the street. Tallest (not largest) person I have ever seen.

I used to play quite regularly with Andrew Bogut (actually a pretty decent player and a good dude). He is a very tall man but not freakish outside of that. But yeah, those NFL linemen/Rugby forwards who are 6'6" + AND massive really do look like a different species and when you're up close to them, you totally get the Planet Theory approach to drafting

I was used to seeing huge guys because my friend was 6'10". He didn't know how much he weighed because the scale at Gold's only went up to 350. My guess was around 400 because when bored he spent all his time at Gold's. His arms were almost as big as Hulk Hogan's.

so... how did it go?
