And since they are not the ones that will be indicted really do not care if it is criminal so long as their checks clear. He says it is illegal because he believes; correctly in my opinion, that adding another layer of exchange between sweepstakes product and cash is merely an attempt to avoid the law. Lots of people in the history of the world had to make a choice about doing to what's best for them including relocating for work reasons all the time. You are not special. You knew online wasn't legal in CA the whole time as well. Anyway only you can make that decision and you should focus your efforts on that.
