Reads: This is a home game and we all have history. She knows I’m very aggressive. I raise light at times, 3! pre and will attack pots when I feel people are weak. She’s also a very strong player and is very capable of trying to push me off a hand if she thinks I’m weak. Hero, as usual, has been playing relatively loose and has been caught bet / folding on a river a few hands prior.
Are you ever calling this extra $300 or is it spewy to even consider it? The 2 didn’t help her and if she had the flush or straight she checked it through OTT to disguise the strength of her hand.

If she's aggro, she's stabbing this flop every single time with her whole range.
We can just get it in then. Or if she bets really big we can think about folding.
River not sure why we are block betting, not much worse hands can call.
I guess it's a fold? Since she didn't bet the scare card on the turn.
When an aggro opponent checks back a scare turn card. Either she's got showdown value or she's slowplaying.
Suppose she's got showdown value hand, I guess she can turn it into a bluff by shoving. But then again even with "showdown" value she can shove light if she thinks you're thin value betting as well.
Either way, we are probably not betting this river. Probably a check/fold.
Given history, maybe she bluffs sometimes, but long term that’s a fold.
This a horrible flop, check call a small bet and check fold to a big bet. River bet makes no sense, just keep checking.
