What's the deal with sandwiches?
Eggs had their day in the sun, and cereal already made it's splash. Now it's time to celebrate an old standby, the sandw

200c and don't overload it. Check about 8 minutes in to flip and decide how much longer it looks like it needs. Crispy without being hard and with absolutely no curling. If you have to do more and cover the whole bottom takes longer and doesn't turn out as well. I made this same bacon in a skillet the other day because i didn't feel like washing the air fryer again and it was clearly inferior.
chicken salad is fire
air fryer chicken breast sandwich is a capital idea
for a period of time long ago I experimented with CFA style grilled chicken on the stovetop. getting the meat to temp without overcooking it; air fryer is a great idea
I have a decent amount of chicken breast in the freezer.
I've been cooking way less this time of year, as I've been eating a probably unhealthy amount at the local popup mexican joint.
lenguas tacos for $3, alambre (like a fajita dish; al pastor, onion, peppers, cheese) $18 for 1lb 10oz of food. Good for at least 20 tacos
I don't blame you I couldn't say no to that Mexican place if it was an option for me. Living in SEA makes that hard but I'll be back in the States for thanksgiving to gorge on Mexican and fast food. Definitely driving to near Vancouver IN n Out.

Word on the street is that dining in the the fastest choice! open 10a to 1am, I wonder if anybody has a chart of the wait times. I'm guessing late night mid week would also be slow.
Wonder if theres any webcams in the area

Love beaver products. Great sauces
I’ve been making lots of very simple sandwiches lately, roast beef/pastrami/turkey (not all three just one of those) with either Swiss/muenster and Kraft Horseradish sauce and then air frying them, and they’re very good for the minimal amount of effort I’ve put in.
Also bought a box of canned albacore tuna down at the Costco and have been making some tuna salad and tuna salad sandwiches that have been pretty decent keeping that simple as well. Mainly tuna mayo/dijon pickles (just got some bread and butter ones which are a nice variation from previous dill) and green onion. Almost done with the box of cans.
Spicy pickles trick up tuna in a really good way. Also, boiled eggs, of course.
+1 on the spicy pickles, can also help to drizzle a bit of the pickle brine (or pepperoncini juice) in the mix to add that vinegar punch.
try those tuna sandwiches as a melt toasted open face in the airfryer with some shredded parmesean/pizza cheese on top.
Pickle juice is a big part of the brine I use for chicken. Started subbing 1/2 pepperoncini and it was a great addition.
we almost always have a jar of pepp juice in the fridge without any actual peppers left in it.
