SIDES - Inaugural Game Thread
In this thread, we will play a new word game called Sides. It's somewhat similar to codenames, but cooperative and diff
Now I’m not nearly as fond of my f6, but maybe D1iab should go for his.
I’ll try to think of some other stuff.
F8 is good to get into the vicinity. N12 another like it that’s a good confirmer.
f4, obv confirmer
the f6 i'm thinking of seems like it would work?

S8 and S9 as confirmers, but don't think that helps a ton
There’s an opposite f6 that confirms as well

Frizzy makes me think of hair and kennel animals so maybe it’s just fur?
Or maybe a dog like a poodle or other curly dog breed
Would expect hair if was fur

yea so fur doesn't seem it.....
are there any breeds they could have used to clue? this is tricky
ok, so we were clued kennel and we eliminated a ton and ended up guessing a synonym, crate, which was maybe 15%
they didn't really mention/hint at anything we talked about as clues for other options, so likely we never even mentioned the option in turn one
ibd did say "f4, obv confirmer" which makes me think that's for fido so this is a dog breed or related to dogs, but that's not 100%
frizzy is for hair; tangled or messy or curly or something like that
kennel is for an animal, and could include grooming
option A: it's a dog breed with 'frizzy' fur so messy or curly fur, like a poodle or labradoodle or some other breeds
option B: it has to do with grooming or the groomers
option C: open to other thoughts on other options, ervin?

could be grooming tho, taking out the wedding version, or could be something similar like brushing, etc.
another f6 could be french for french poodle; seems likely they woulda just clued french here but maybe they were worried we were off dogs but french could be another f6 they were considering
been so busy and brain fried
i'm fine with poodle if you think it's like french fido or mido or whatever
feels they wanted us to 2 step somewhere with the kennel but idk where

maybe froufrou for f8 and some dog breed for n12; newfoundland (terrier?) is a breed that's n12; not sure how close they are to poodles as I can't really picture one
f4 fido makes me think it's a dog
s8 s9 confirmers schnauzer and Scottish (terrier) could be
opposite f6 feline so dog not a cat
french original f6 that if we went with kennel = dog we could maybe deduce french for poodle
I think we've taken enough time spinning in circles...frustrating round
let's go poodle and get another clue and move faster next turn regardless
